Absolutely lovely and charming place. Close to numerous restaurants and shops. Everything inside was pristine. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Loved the extra Mississippi touches including the artwork and books that Leslie included in the space. Would 100% recommend for anyone visiting the Tupelo area!

Great quiet stay. Everything was fresh and clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Not a fenced in back yard but it does open up to a lightly wooded area. So be careful with curious loose pets or young children. Very kind and responsive hosts. I would return.

We were in town for Thanksgiving and needed more sleeping space. This home was perfect for 6. The location is close to the downtown district which was lovely and a fun experience. The house was clean and newly updated. We are coffee drinkers and brought ground coffee. Jay did have a Keurig and a few pods available but we did not have a refillable pod to make extra. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit.

Amy was a phenomenal host and this home was cozy, welcoming, and felt like home away from home! The adorable holiday decorations made our stay even that much more special. The home was spotless, offered plenty of snacks, coffee choices, laundry supplies, and linens. Amy was amazing to work with and always answered texts in an extremely timely manner. Check in was effortless and all instructions were clear and helpful. This was definitely worth booking!

I stayed here with all of my bridesmaids the night before my wedding & it was perfect! So modern & so cute! Very roomy for hair and makeup teams to come there to get you ready too! 10/10 recommend!

It was clean, comfortable, modern and secure. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Outdoor pool and fitness center were nice.

Everything was great. Place was clean and looked exactly like pictures. There was a small issue the first night we stayed with the AC but was fixed immediately. Would definitely recommend

Patrick’s place is perfect for 2 couples. Location is secure and convenient to attractions in Tupelo, plus only about 50 minutes from Oxford.

Perfect location and real value for our stay. The apartment was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home. It’s also an easy walk to many local restaurants in the area. Everything we needed was within walking distance or short drive. Patrick is a 5 star host. We will be back.

I stayed at John’s place while I worked night shift at North Mississippi Medical Center. I slept during the day, and typically, I like it completely dark, but the bedside table lights just made it seem so comforting so I kept them on. The size of the place was perfect for what I needed. John was there if I needed him, but the place provided everything. You can’t beat the price! I hope to stay here again when I come back to work if it’s available.

Everything about the Cozy Cottage was just as Annie described. Private, peaceful surroundings. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plenty of seating. We were there for a wedding and used this as our family’s clean-up space after decorating on Friday and Saturday before the wedding. Our only complaint which is no fault of Annie is that the GPS directions took us to a different location after we passed the correct one. It’s really so easy once you find the right road. My suggestion to Annie is get a larger sign out on Mount Pleasant road to replace what you have there. We will come again if we need a place in/around Tupelo. Thanks again for being a great host Annie!
