Malgrate has a beautiful lakefront from which it’s possible to admire the city of Lecco in all its naturalistic context between the lake and the mountains and this is what makes it more precious and unique. There’s also a small beach where you can enjoy some relaxation and swim in the summer months. Activities around: hiking, cycling (rent bikes from us) and the nearest SKI station is 25min by car: Piani di Bobbio.

Comfortable two-room apartment directly on the Lecco lakefront in a central position. It only takes 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Malgrate lakefront and 10 minutes to reach the center of Lecco and find all the essential amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, train station and buses, as well as the pier for the ferry to Varenna-Bellagio. Near the house there is paid parking and various free parking spaces and various free parking spaces.
