The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Private ,furnished ,modern Roch suburb apt !

First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Our group had the loveliest stay, and Rich was a fantastic host. Was so nice to meet him and his pups! Felt right at home and was able to have a private reunion with friends on the water. This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

We had a wonderful time, and the place was perfect for our needs. Kayte was friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. We were in town for the high school production of Mama Mia and could easily walk to the theater as well as town and shopping. We would absolutely love to stay here again, maybe for next year's play!?!

We stayed at Jeff's because we had an event to attend in the area. It was very convenient for us. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities he included, such as tissues in each room, non-perishable snacks, toiletries, and some grocery items. Our daughter loved all the teddy bears in the children's room. The beds were very comfortable (and there were many to choose from). The kitchen felt a bit cluttered and could use some updating, but it had absolutely everything we needed. The number of bathrooms could be tough for a large group, but our party was small, so it worked very well. We would definitely stay again when we're in the area!

Located in a quiet. pretty neighborhood, this place was comfortable, quiet and perfect. I like to cook when I travel, and the kitchen was so well outfitted that I didn't need to buy anything other than my groceries. The bathroom is beautifully remodeled with marble tile accents and great water pressure. I had a really nice stay here. The host accommodated my need for an early check-in time with no issues.
