Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lawrenceville

Stayed here with some buddies while visiting for an event we go to every year in the area. The hot tub is a nice touch, and a great way to relax at the end of a long day. It was awesome having horses and being able to pet them and feed them carrots (not too many). Very peaceful place, and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend there! We will definitely be back next year!

I had a relaxing time. And my model felt safe and enjoyed the jacuzzi despite the fact that I passed on it. Im shy even in a suit and her wearing a bikini. We were both exhausted from days of our separate jobs so we slept 12 hours but I rented an extra night to do photos in the late afternoon. I can see us going back especially since I know the backgrounds for my amateur photography.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

Location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants, trader Joe's and more. parking was a bit tight, but definitely can fit 2 cars tandem in the driveway which was really helpful since there was very little street parking. The home was clean and Stewart was super responsive, even at 1am. Sorry about that Stewart! We had 8 ladies celebrating a birthday and there was plenty of towels and bathrooms and beds to go around. The 2 washer and dryers were useful but we didn't need it. Overall great stay and would stay again.

It was great place for our baseball team. I really appreciate it. I recommend it’s a good spot.

A serene place on the lake, a beautiful spacious house. Pristine rooms, lots of activities on the lake and in the house for a rainy day. It made us feel right at home. Every little detail was thought of. Plenty of seating everywhere. A very comfortable spot.

We rented the house and carriage house to host our son’s rehearsal dinner. They both worked out perfectly. House and surrounding area was perfect. Would highly recommend especially for large families or those hosting an event.

This house is located in my favorite neighborhood in Atlanta, CABBAGETOWN!!! a five minute walk away from the beltline and a two minute walk away from the eastern. This is perfect for many needs of traveling. Guests would definitely recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

We loved Alice’s cozy home in Midtown! Well-appointed and extremely comfortable. Just perfect for us! Alice was wonderful - very responsive and helpful and provided everything as described and more! The extra thoughtful little touches made it very special. Though dog-friendly, we would not have known dogs had ever been there. Very clean and fresh! We brought our dog and loved the backyard for walking her. Also felt very safe: beautiful, extremely walkable neighborhood. Street parking right outside the backyard entrance made it easy to unload and load the car. It’s so convenient to everything, though, so we only used the car once! Our daughter lives down the road so we will absolutely stay there again! A total pleasure!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s wonderful home for my son’s college graduation. The spacious home was beautiful and accommodating for my parents and my children. We really loved the porch where we could all gather after the day to relax. Thanks Nancy for making our stay fun and memorable!!

Guia’s place was perfect. We were still finding new amenities even as we were checking out hahaha. Tons of games in the garage made for fun times with the little bit of down time we had. Plenty of space and places to sleep and the grounds the house is on us super cool. Being greeted by the equine neighbors that share the property in the morning is definitely a nice thing to wake up to. Home is in an incredibly quiet area and only about a half hour to all the cool Atlanta stuff. Easy 5-star all the way around.

They thought of everything! They left the best scone for breakfast that I’d ever had. It wasn’t hard and the lemon flavor was delicious. My daughter hates lemon everything, but she loved the scone. Unfortunately, I had a small car issue that a traditional repair shop did not fix correctly. Out of the kindness of their heart they fixed the issue. So very thoughtful, helpful , and nice.

Perfect stay for a quick stop in town for work. Great location and close to many of the spots I loved when I lived in the area. Comfortable stay in a lovely neighborhood!

Visiting family in the area for a couple weeks. Stacey's place was perfect, clean, and had all the basics plus extras for an extended stay. Very thoughtfully furnished. Good internet and smart TV as well. Perfect stay...Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay with Thomas in this wonderful Airbnb. Thomas was an incredibly friendly host and made efforts to make sure I was having a pleasant stay, truly felt the southern hospitality. The Airbnb itself is a comfy condo and feels like home. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay here again.

Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

David's basement was as described and is in a private quiet area. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. David's girlfriend, Sandi, was extremely accommodating and would check in on me periodically to ask what would make my stay better. The hosts are very communicative and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful home away from home.

Great little getaway on a beautiful calm quiet lake. the house itself also has a lot more space that it appears to have in the description.

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. My husband and I stayed here before and after my surgery at Northside Hospital. Tom's place was so close to the hospital and grocery store, and it was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There were a few steps to go down on the sidewalk to the door, but they were manageable for me even after surgery. We arrived after dark, and Tom's wife was there to make sure the light turned on for us to navigate our way to the door. The apartment layout and walk-in shower were very conducive for recovering from surgery. As some people previously noted, you are in a basement so you can hear the hosts walking around above you, but my husband and I did not find it disruptive to our stay. We were so grateful that we were able to stay here!
