Vacation rentals in Lawrence County

I left feeling disappointed- disappointed I only stayed one night! Larry was a great host and his cabin was well equipped. Spectacular property, secluded and quiet with a great view for nature lovers. In a one minute span on the porch I recorded 18 different songbirds. Firepit by the pond to end the evening, short drive to town for breakfast.

My wife and I had a wonderful Valentine’s Day weekend get away at Rustic Ravines. Directions were really great took us right to the place. It’s was beautifully tucked away in the woods and very well maintained. The cabin was clean, beautiful and very private. We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the hot tub! When we left Joe went above and beyond. Big thunderstorms caused flooding blocking us in and Joe went out of his way to find someone that escorted us and someone else out and helped us get home safely. All in all this was a wonderful experience and we certainly would come back again! Highly recommend!

This property is a true treasure, stepping back in time in the history of Appalachia. The quiet serenity of a remote country road where you are greeted with purple martins, bluebirds, and whippoorwills.

Teresa is great host. We used this place as a small retreat for training a couple of teens for ministry and the host Teresa was generous and flexible. She provided water and ice because ice maker was down, making it not an issue at all. Place is immaculate. Quiet and seeing the horses in the morning was a sweet sight. The covered swing in the back made a nice review spot for the training. My husband and I stayed over the additional night for a quiet pause. It was restful.

Perfect getaway , only thing I would say is make sure the gate code they give you is updated because ours was outdated

Our stay was more than we expected. We loved the multiple outdoor spaces. All were special in their own way. The hot tub was clean and very soothing. The fire pit was near the hot tub, which we really liked. The inside was just as pictured, it is beautiful. The master suite was fabulous, bed extremely comfortable. The buck beds were very comfortable as well. The entire house inside and out was very clean. Arron was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. We will definitely return to Sacred Winds.

Beautiful location and very cute little cabin, unfortunately we were unable to stay in the area due to flooding, but Kaycee was so understanding and helpful! Hope to get a chance to come back.
