Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.

The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!

Small cozy cabin that my father originally built for hunters. After I graduated from high school I lived in it for 12 years. 2 of which was with my now husband. Small open cabin with loft. Ladder to loft space and two twin beds. Small bathroom. Kitchen. Not much privacy, we live down the road, but are there at least twice a day taking care of our pigs, chickens and gardens.
