Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale

El departamento es excelente, las fotos son un fiel reflejo, la ubicacion y tranquilidad, muy organizado y completo, los amenities como las 2 piletas a las cuales se accede, el gimnasio y el acceso a la playa con 2 sillas, tambien es expectacular. Sin lugar a dudas vamos a volver. Seria excelente que la tarifa incluya el estacionamiento, o que se agregue un plus a un menor valor, similar al acceso a la playa. Es un luar maravilloso y lo recomendamos.

I had such a lovely time staying at this property. Really accommodating and responsive hosts, they provided detailed instructions regarding check in and answered my queries promptly. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and felt so homely. It is also nearby a mall and food places which was always handy! I’d definitely stay here again when I’m next in Florida.

Exactly what we were after! The location was ideal, just a few streets back from Las Olas which had great restaurants and fabulous vibe. Gabrielle was very generous allowing us early entry. The whole stay was without issue. Thank you so much.

this was in an excellent location. the apt was as described. there is a nice pool on property, lots of food and drink options within walking distance , and of course The beach is 1/2 a block away. I would definitely stay again if in the area

The place was very clean and the decor was fantastic. It had all the amenities that we needed for our vacation.

Steven and Paula were great host. They allowed for early check in and were responsive to all our questions. I would highly recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing! I felt so at home the moment I walked in. The pool was fantastic and soo relaxing! I did get to enjoy a few mangoes from the tree (soo fresh and delicious) highly recommend grabbing yourself some if you’re here during the season. Thank you so so much Christina for allowing us to relax, reset, and unwind at your beautiful home!!🫶 I’ll definitely be coming back☀️

Nous avons passé un moment tres agréable dans ce logement le quartier est calme et proche de commerces utiles au quotidien. Monica a été réactive et tres explicite quant aux explications fournies. pour ma part, qui ai le sommeil léger, la chambre parentale à coté de la cuisine était pas trop reposant surtout lorsque l'on est à plusieurs mais ce n'est qu'un détail. nous partons chaque année du coup je garde ce logement dans ma liste ;-)

Amazing place , super responsive host .. great space. Pool is amazing , close walk to beach , restaurants and bars. Beautiful neighborhood and nice neighbors . Close to grocery store . Will stay again .

My partner and I live in the same neighborhood as this home. We had a number of friends in town for a week and not enough beds for everyone, so we reserved Derek's place as a "guest house". This will now be our go-to plan for anytime we have company - it worked perfectly! This home is an absolute gem. The front porch is such a nice place for morning coffee or chatting with others. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. (I can put up with a lot from a vacation rental, but if the beds and bath aren't up to my standards, nothing can make up for that. No such worries at this place!) We could not have been happier with Derek's level of communication and helpful info, both before and during our friends' stay. We love having this home and our neighborhood and Derek is a very conscientious property owner and host. We will definitely continue to make use of this beautiful home for our next gathering of friends and family. Thank you, Derek!

Amazing home & amenities! It is located on a canal, which was super peaceful. The pool was wonderful, we did not need the heater because of how refreshing it was. Super close to downtown Fort Lauderdale & Lauderdale by the Sea. The home itself was clean and equipped with everything we would need for the beach/daytime.

Ms. Jacqueline’s place was nice as pictured. Beautiful view. Very clean and accommodating. Although the pool in the picture on the listing wasn’t the same for that building, it was fairly nice. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly during my stay. Was very appreciative of the property amenities although I did have enough to take advantage of all that was available due to plans I already arranged for my stay. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your beautiful home. I didn’t want to leave lol

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.

Erica has a terrific place in the heart of FLL. The location is perfect and walkable to everything. It is also very private and on the water. Very quiet as well. I would recommend this spot to anyone! She is also a very responsive and helpful host.

My stay was for a solo get away and this space could not have been more perfect. The private outdoor space and beautifully equipped indoor spaces made it easy to safely and comfortably unwind. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Being able to borrow the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made it even easier to enjoy my stay. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a place to with luxury, comfort and convenience.

Loved my stay! Me & My Fiancé will forever book this unit! So peaceful so convenient! So close to everything! Valet services was everything! I’m obsessed!
