Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, comfortable, had everything we needed.

This air bnb in Dry Ridge was so cute!! We all felt right at home. We were right on the lake, so we walked down to the dock every morning & caught little fish. We didn’t spend a ton of time there, but it was perfect for what we needed! The sunroom off the back was a huge plus and we spent a lot of time out there!

It was a great view, peaceful, quite , had a nice fire pit that came with the wood. Water was awesome it also a place down the road where you can rent a bout to ride the water just was wonderful. But it was a couple of dogs that came on the property, but they were friendly.

Amanda and Elyssa’s place is beautiful! A very warm and comfortable atmosphere. Great location for exploring the local attractions. The best part was coming back to hang out and fish at the pond. Being from AZ, we all loved being right next to water! The house was spacious enough for our family of 5 and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hope to be back someday!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Just outside of town so it was quite and peaceful, but close enough to get to all of our family in town. It was clean and comfortable, and the host was wonderful at communicating with us. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place for our last minute stay. The kids loved the spiral stairs. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location was perfect and quiet. Huge decks for outdoor dining. Would definitely recommend for a short or extended stay.

This place was super cozy and perfect for a weekend vacation. The pictures of the lake and docks don’t do it justice. Our host however did not mention the cleaning responsibilities we had until the day before check out. This resulted in a scramble to get everything together before check out and a $100 additional cleaning fee. Other than that all was smooth!

We lost our home to fire and stayed at the lake house for about 2 months. Evan was very attentive, caring and helpful. Such a beautiful home, and the view of the lake is outstanding! We're hoping to comeback when it's warmer for a weekend getaway! Thank you for everything!!!!

Very nice place, as described on the website. The kids had a lot of fun on the water, and the beds/pillows were so comfortable (which is very important when you sleeping away!)

We had a great time here the only thing we had a small problem with was the age of the TVs. They were mid 2000s but absolutely was manageable. We will 100% be back soon for another events

We stayed here over the weekend for an 11u baseball tournament at the Flash Baseball Complex. The convenience of the property in relation to the fields was excellent. Our boys and their families had a great time, the accommodations were perfect for us. All of the parents were able to cookout and relax in our downtime and the boys had so much to do (fishing, canoeing, swimming, bonfire). Pamela was an excellent host, gave clear directions and information about the property prior to arrival. Was very responsive to all of our questions! Also, allowed us a late checkout on Sunday as we ended up playing 4 games. Would highly recommend this property to anyone playing at Flash as well as anyone just looking for a large space to get away for a few days. We will absolutely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Marla's place. We loved the view of the lake and being able to go out on kayaks and enjoy a campfire by the water and roast marshmallows. Marla did very well communicating anything we needed to know before (or as) we arrived so that there were no surprises. Highly recommend the place, just know that if you're not used to steep grades and sharp turns getting to and from the place and a steep grade walking down to the lake from the house, you may want to consider that, but we were fine with it.

The Flash Lodge is great place for family get away. The house is nice with plenty of room, a full kitchen and available laundry. There is a great large deck and fire pit. The fishing pond is steps from the back door and canoes are available for use on the large lake. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Pamela is great to work with and was always responsive and accommodating. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Our family group of 11 enjoyed staying here so much! It is a gorgeous house with so many small thoughtful additions. It’s a perfect example of gorgeous Kentucky and a perfect stay for a large group heading to the Ark like we did!

I stayed at the property with my wife for my daughter or grandchildren. We were going to visit the Ark Encounter, and Creation Museum. House was a rehabbed old farmhouse, and was clean, well furnished and comfortable. At the end of our days, we all went for a walk out behind around a concrete walking path around a small lake. It was very peaceful, and the grandkids really enjoyed seeing and feeding the ducks.

Every detail was as described. The place has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving here and couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen has all the utensils needed and then some. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with clean towels and wash cloths. The bedrooms were cozy and had extra blankets. To top it off, the view is very nice. We would recommend this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The deck and hot tub are highlights especially with all the birds in and out of the water in the peninsula that surrounds the place. It was too cool to have a fire but we enjoyed sitting on the deck. The kitchen is well stocked, we even used the crock pot. We were greeted with a welcome basket, a bottle of wine and we did utilize the gift card to a local restaurant which was delicious. Highly recommend the Brass Monkey grill. This place is very new, modern style. The 2 bedrooms are huge as are the bathrooms. There is a 3rd full bathroom which worked great for us as we had one couple, one family member and one friend. So there was enough space for all and each had their own bathroom. There is no inside dining table but a 6 top table outside on the deck. We attended an event near Serpent Mound which is about 30 minutes west of Waverly. If you love geology, artifacts, mystery I highly recommend. Would definitely utilize this space again.

The Black Sheep Disc Golf Club meets every year at this time of the year for a destination weekend. Emily and her team have a beautiful slice of heaven in the hills of Kentucky. Their place accommodated our whole club with a sufficient amount of beds and bathrooms. Provided kayaks were a great addition. I saw our guys catch and release over two dozen fish. We would love to go back!
