Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben und besonders das Lichtkonzept hat uns gut gefallen. Auch die Kommunikation war super und das Welcome Book mit den Tipps für die Umgebung und allen wichtigen Hinweisen zur Unterkunft war sehr hilfreich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wonderful place, excellent location, awesome host!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Perfect location, with a fantastic coffee shop, a brewery, and multiple good restaurants less than a minute from our doorstep. Dedicated parking space right outside the front door. Keypad entry to access the porch area gives extra peace of mind. Being right in the heart of things, I was worried that nightlife noise would keep me awake but the brick building insulates you from the noise. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers. Kitchen was nice, with the little touches. The French press was good to see, although The Press coffee shop rendered it unnecessary for me. Plenty of comfortable seating in the common areas. If this place is available, do not hesitate to book. El Weirdo’s has good tacos, History Class Brewing is top notch, and the farmer’s market on Saturdays is super fun. This area is a hidden gem and this property is a great way to experience it.

This is like a mother-in-law suite on the ground level of an older Thomasville home. It has a large kitchen with a full size dishwasher and a bathtub with a shower. The bedroom has no windows which is nice as I work the night shift a lot. I love going out and walking the sidewalks to Dawson Street to see the historical homes. It is a great deal for all that it has.

Ricky’s place felt like home away from home. It was a perfect weekend stay while in town for our daughter’s soccer tournament. The apt was very clean and had everything we needed. (Fresh towels, blankets, plugs, kitchen/bathroom supplies, nice kitchen setup, coffee, etc) Ricky was there quickly to help with any requests. The pull out bed was set up for our daughter upon arrival. A++ host. Ricky did everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. Apartment is attached to host’s home but still felt private & was quiet throughout our stay. Front garden and koi pond is beautiful! Would definitely book again! Thx Ricky and family!

Great home, all the amenities. Neighborhood seemed questionable at first since there were people out and about walking late, but it was quiet and all was fine. We felt safe because the fence surrounded the entire property.

We LOVED our stay in this cute home. Everything was clean and cozy. We especially loved the screened in porch which allowed us to take a break from the sun and rest outside. The house was stocked with everything we needed- we were so thankful for the beach gear and wagon! Would love to come here again.

My family had a wonderful time at January’s place. We were looking for accommodations in/near PCB that kept us from the spring break crowds but still had a lot to offer. St Andrews didn’t disappoint. Everything is walkable from the house. PCB was a quick drive away. We also made it to Rosemary Beach and easily could have visited Destin if we had a little more time. We loved it so much we extended our stay a day. January’s home is very clean and cozy, and she’s a responsive and accommodating host. Her guidebook is a great reference to all the area has to offer as well. I’d definitely recommend her home if you’re looking for a more low key PCB experience. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4 :)

Home was everything as advertised and communication was great! Highly recommend.

The place was wonderful and quiet. Very clean. The hostess responded to all messages. She sent instructions on what to do and not to do on her own without me having to ask. Will look forward to renting again for my future visits to Dothan, AL.

Bane’s house was a very convenient place to stay with a family of 6. There is an Aldi Grocery right around the corner. Bane is a gracious host. We had a great time in Panama City.

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Another great stay at the Legends. I always check availability here first, before booking a hotel. I just love how it feels like home as soon as I walk in. A very soothing oasis to decompress after long days of travel and busy FSU activities.

Stay was great, no issues, would definitely stay again

This was a great condo for my son and I to stay while he visited FSU. Very walkable to campus (and I am not extremely fit, just a regular 50 ish year old woman). The condo was clean and decorated very nicely. We were arriving the day after the FSU school shooting and Kelly reached out to me to see if we still wanted to come and offered to switch to another weekend if we wanted. I appreciated her phone call very much. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I, along with our 3 kids, had a wonderful stay at Tamara's place. We booked our stay after having to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. This turned out to be a great escape from the storm. Our first impression was "WOW!!!" The condo was very clean and comfy. The view of the pool and water from the back balcony was amazing. There were plenty of towels, bed linens and comfy blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, spices and more. The laundry room had a very nice stackable washer and dryer, along with laundry pods. There was a foldable wagon available for us to use, which really came in handy to carry our little one and our stuff. We had an amazing time. Tamara is such a great host. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!!!

We evacuated from St. Pete, Fl from Hurricane Milton. A normal four hour drive to Tallahassee took 9 hours, so we were exhausted when we arrived. It was so nice to walk into the condo with the AC on and soft lights. We felt welcomed. The condo is just like the pictures. The upstairs beds were so comfortable. (We didn't use twin beds.) Great water pressure for hot showers, that were much needed. While we weren't on vacation, we did feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property and owners to anyone who wants to stay in Tallahassee. Any questions we asked were answered promptly. Thank you.
