Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to book a home instead of the normal hotel rooms. The home was just what we needed after a long day at the fields; beautiful views, inviting home with everything we needed, and a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that made winding down easy. We will be back next season!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat. Sheena was very helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions both before booking and after check-in. Her communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, a beautiful, tranquil spot with a thoughtful and attentive host. I can see why they call it ‘Our Happy Place’! Would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home in Sherri’s home on Lake Lucas. We only wished we had booked for longer! 5 days was not enough to fully enjoy it. The dock is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and letting the kids swim while you relax. We enjoy the local springs! Having a nice place to stay made our vacation more pleasurable. We will be returning.

The house was amazing. There was so much to do. Plenty of room for my big family. Love being able to wake up, drink my coffee and look at the water. Rebecca was amazing and so sweet. I would definitely book again.

I can't say enough great things about this home! it is immaculate! Donald gave very clear checkin instructions and even let us checkin early which was very helpful. The home was exactly as pictured and described. The lake and use of the row boat made the kids with us very happy. Not to mention breathtaking sunsets! I loved the amount of extra pillows and blankets. Everyone always needs one more and we had plenty. The kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. Bathrooms also very clean. Screened in porch was a nice extra bonus. Donald is a fabulous host. I had a few questions and he was very responsive and helpful. The home is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The price makes this home an absolute steal! Booking your vacation at this little slice of heaven is the best decision you'll ever make!!

We highly recommend the Millstone on the Millpond! The house itself was amazing and perfect for our family of 4 trip. Kerri was very responsive to any questions and even checked on us to ensure we were good and didn't need anything. It was the perfect getaway for our family to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday. We enjoyed fishing from the pier and using the kayaks to explore the Millpond. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Melissa is an excellent host and everything from the description to the pictures of the house are exactly what you get. View was beautiful, beds and furniture are so comfortable. Screened in porch off family room was a favorite and we started and ended our days there. Kitchen is set up to cook anything you’d like and has everything you could need. It was a wonderful Easter trip to see our son and we’ll be back and will definitely rent from Melissa again.

An’s place is a great private retreat! A lovely home with one TV, my kids enjoyed playing the variety of games An had available instead. Screened spaces, expansive yard, beautiful lakefront; a relaxing North Florida vibe. An is a great host. You’ll enjoy this place.

The Lake Talquin house was was perfect for me and my brother's trip. It has a quiet little dock and you can look out at the lake which has all sorts of Turtles and fish in the lakes. We even got to see a turtle lay eggs in the yard! Which was unexpected but super fun cool! Its a short drive from Tallahassee so you can grab any groceries you need to stay out on the lake. The other thing I liked about this airBnB was there was all sorts of cookware and spices so cooking meals was so much easier! I've been to many other houses where there are no cooking supplies and you're stuck eating ramen. Nice fire pit, area where you can gather with friends, and a lovely little home. Would book again for sure!

Great location for our plans and quite relaxing and quiet.

We come to this lake three or four times a year to visit family nearby. This is the first time at Whiddon’s place. The location is excellent for us to get to Quincy and downtown Tallahassee. The property is very nicely remodeled. We loved sitting at the island and the table and just watching out the window at the lake and dock. The kitchen had all the necessities as well as a good selection of spices and condiments. The hot water was plentiful and the towels very soft and thick. The extra living space in the basement gave our adult children plenty of space to spread out. I always wonder how the beds are when going to a new place and the bed on the upper floor here was med-firm while the beds in the basement were soft. I like to put this in a review in case anyone else is interested.

I have stayed here a few time, Wendy and Greg are great, my last stay was for 2 months. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s, thier place if my favorite, I love the back deck a the view, very private ,quiet an clean.

Refuge on the Water was a lovely place to stay! We were welcomed with a handwritten note and a bottle of wine, which was a really sweet touch. Everything was VERY clean and tidy. Linda was very friendly to communicate with but also respected our privacy. Very enjoyable to sit out on the patio with the view of the lake, listening to the many birds in the area. Also loved all the little cute green tree frogs that hung out with us on the patio :) overall, a wonderful and comfortable stay!

We had a great time staying at Carol's place. The communication was great and the house was in the perfect location. We would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! Esther was quick to respond when we had an issue with the boat lift. The house was conveniently located near the gulf.. perfect place to bring a boat. Our family enjoyed our Easter weekend at Esther’s place. We will be back!

From the second we arrived at Danny's Bed and breakfast, we were greeted by Danny. He is courteous and very attentive. The house is beautiful and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable. Danny was available at all times. He offered breakfast in the morning, which was delicious. We highly recommend his bed and breakfast. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay in Georgia, be sure to book. You won't be disappointed. This is a hidden gem. The attention to every detail is exceptional.

Shelly's place was beautiful, in a nice neighborhood and close to lots of shipping, cafes and restaurants. Shelly's flexibility with checkout was appreciated though 11 am should be the standard.

This Airbnb felt like home away from home. It was very clean, beautiful, and in a quiet area. The location was in a drivable distance from anything you could’ve needed or wanted. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and which I greatly appreciated.

Great location right down the street from the beach. Very spacious house for a great a price and love that it is dog friendly.
