Went to Vegas for family vacation while visiting our son. Home had enough space for what we needed. Clean. Enjoyed our stay in the home. It was close to my son and close to the airport. Pool table was fun to have there. Our grown kids enjoyed it.

Amihay and his team were great the house was clean when we arrived. Had a minor maintenance issue first night but it resolved itself. Street was quiet and house is within walking distance to a pretty nice park next to the school.

The place is a little far from the strip and don’t have a lot of stuff in the kitchen but it is clean, tidy in a nice neighborhood and the host is responsive and very kind!

We had a great stay at Amihay’s place! It was perfect for our family and not far from the strip. It was our home away from home. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to have a great weekend.

Great place to stay, clean house, good host... we had a great time. One tip, it was lacking a lot of basic accesories like olive oil, salt / pepper... so cooking was a bit difficult, but these aren't required to be there, just know that you'll need to go buy it all. You will love this place

Great place to stay at c: Amihay is a great host and was helpful with making our stay easier. The pool stays pretty cold even in Vegas heat which was a plus to cool off and the property had lots of backyard space for me to play fetch with my dog. Definitely would book again !

Great stay with a quiet and relaxing location. Rooms were clean and kitchen had enough to help us cook and dine in when we were to exhausted to stay in the strip. Location was surrounded by good eats and markets that made all of our needs accessible. Amihay was quick to respond to our requests and any assistance needed was replied with quickness. Would book again if and when I'm back in the city for another event!

This is also a favorite destination in Nevada for golfers, who take in the view from the waterfront courses.
Hikers and cyclists enjoy access to plenty of nearby trails, which guide you through scenic wetlands, arid mountains, and the Mojave Desert all around. On the shores of the lake, you’ll find the “village” — a commercial area designed to resemble an Italian town center — as well as upscale residential communities. The additional presence of a market, a few restaurants, and pop-up concerts mean you won’t have to leave the area unless you want to.

Lake Las Vegas is a year-round destination. Most of the action here centers on the outdoors — the lake, the trails, the golf courses — and you can enjoy those in almost any season. In winter, temperatures rarely dip below freezing, though it’s not the best time for a dip in the lake, when the water gets chilly. Boaters take advantage of the dry, hot summers, when daily highs often inch above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. But if you want to avoid the most sweltering heat, plan a trip in late spring (April to May) and early fall (September to October), when you can still expect temperatures warm enough for fun on the water and sunny al fresco dinners.

A full-service marina, a floating aqua park, and a boat and gear rental center give you plenty of opportunities to get out on Lake Las Vegas. While you’re paddling, you’ll likely spot dragon boats and competitive rowers from the local clubs.

Oasis-like greenways dot the greater Henderson area, which claims several award-winning courses. Local golf courses have plenty to offer — from grand views of Lake Las Vegas to advanced instruction in the art of the swing.
River Mountains Loop Trail
A popular spot for cyclists, hikers, joggers, and equestrians, the non-motorized River Mountains Loop Trail offers sweeping views of Lake Las Vegas and the surrounding volcanic landscapes. The 34-mile trail has multiple access points for easy treks, while more daring outdoors lovers might tackle the entire circuit, which passes Hoover Dam, Boulder City, and Henderson.
