Amazing house perfect for big groups! All the cousins LOVED playing in the pit and the “hideout” under the stairs. The Potter House is one of the few places we have found where our whole extended family fits comfortably. We all felt at home and relaxed the entire time. It’s a beautiful house in a beautiful section of the mountains (complete with the sound of a rushing creek just below the property). We all had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

Tawnya was quick to respond regarding reservation even though it was so last minute. Everything was as described. I would definitely stay again.

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for my family getaway. The tram pickup location is very close and it is only a few minutes from the Village. The property itself was very nice and had everything you could want out of a mountain cabin. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Big Bear.

Super clean well stocked cabin right next to Snow Summit. Quiet, peaceful, and the host was super responsive! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. 10/10

We had a great stay here! We booked last minute. The price was great and it was in the perfect location! We forget something after we left and they were super flexible with letting us go back in to grab what we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a nice stay! The host was responsive, and was able to accommodate a last minute booking. Check in is at 4pm, which is a bit late. But they let me come early at 3pm for $14 extra. A few of the lights didn't work. Not a big deal. Hopefully they will fix that soon. The bathtub is very low down, its about a foot and a half lower than the floor of the bathroom, so keep that in mind if you not a very mobile and able person.

terrific location, literally a 1-2 minute walk to the lake, a park, a breakfast and lunch spot, a pizza place, and a fishing tackle and water activities rental store! Place was great, the hosts must specialize in space planning because every inch of the condo is well planned, accessorized, and had a purpose. we were a family of 3 with a dog, and the place was ideal, great access to the park for the dog, easy to get meals with the food spots close by, and it's 10 minutes to the supermarkets also. the lake is beautiful, and my son even landed his first rainbow trout there. super hosts, friendly, responsive and proactive. parking was easy and plentiful. would def. recommend, and will return in the future!

My family and I stayed there two years ago. This year, when we decided to go up to Big Bear for Thanksgiving checking to see if Shelly's place was available was a no-brainer. Thankfully, we could reserve it and had a great time. Shelly is super responsive and makes every effort to see that the needs of her guests are met. Thank you, Shelly! We've already recommended some of our friends check out your properties.

Linda is very helpful and responsive. Although her host couldn’t meet us to check us in, Linda was very responsive in giving us instructions on how to enter the rental. The condo is very nice, clean, and definitely an upgrade from the normal rustic cabins we typically rent in Big Bear. Felt more like a nice hotel. Also the kitchen is amazing! So organized and well stocked. Makes it fun to cook, and make it your own!

Coming up immediately after Thanksgiving meant the Village was really busy. I appreciated having a place outside of that village bubble to be a home base. And Natalie’s place is gorgeous, thoughtfully decorated, and spacious. The fireplace is gas and wood, which was perfect to warm the place throughout my stay. The washer and dryer worked well and came in handy. The bedding was extremely comfortable and there were extra blankets and small heaters. The table was perfect sized for meals and card games. The park next down was a great place to unwind, within walking distance. Both the pizza, restaurant and store were also within walking distance with helpful staff and good food/supplies. I would recommend and hope I get to stay here again.

Best location and we loved the interior and theme. It is right below the bunny hill. Perfect with kids. You can walk to Snow Summit base in like 2 min. We went with 4 adults and 4 kids (7,7,6,5) and it worked great with the help of the additional foldable bed that’s there (we put it next to the bed in master BR) and our friends brought a toddler air mattress as the 3 layer bunk bed is not for every kid and put that in the other BR. 2 bathrooms are great and even one step stool for the kiddos. The upstairs is very spacious and the arcade games were a big hit. Bring warm sweaters for indoors as we could not get the upstairs warm at all, not even with a fire. Downstairs with all the BRs gets super cozy though. Wonderful place!
