Gabrielle was an amazing host! We loved our time at the house. I wish I could copy what my 10 year old daughter wrote in the guest book before we left. It was hard to leave. The house was clean, with comfy beds, had everything we needed, and very close to the Village and Sky park, stores and restaurants. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

So peaceful and cozy! We loved the stay as it was exactly the same as in pictures as in person. The home was spacious yet cozy. We enjoyed the corn hole and racquetball. There is a tennis court/ basketball court and park only 3 minutes up the way. We would play tennis and enjoy the night in the hot tub. It had plenty of space for our dog to run around. The beds were comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. Additionally, the kitchen was well equipped. Everything you could think of needed for a week in a kitchen was provided!! The best part of this air bnb is the local donkeys who stroll by throughout the day. :) They were the sweetest and friendly. Neighbors are kind and extremely tight knit. If you are looking for a QUIET relaxing stay in Big Bear this is it. We can’t wait to return as a family.

I don’t even know where to start on how amazing this home was. I highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommend this to place to everyone for any occasion. There was not one bad thing we could say and fell in love with the backyard & inside layout. They had ample trash bags, soaps, hair ties, bathroom accessories and everything else you need. The rules and check out was so simple and easy, not stressful or tons of rules ….they kept it short and sweet. This hands down is the best house we have rented and will definitely be renting this property again. The neighborhood was fantastic and so easy to find. I can’t forget the garage is packed with bikes, fishing poles, games, all kinds of baby items and a ton more stuff! Natalie’s home was absolutely beautiful! It’s tucked away in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood surrounded by trees and is very close to the village. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding and it was 400 feet from our venue! The host was very responsive, accommodating, and flexible to meet our needs throughout the busiest but most exciting weekend of our lives. We will absolutely be staying here again! My kids and I enjoyed our weekend at Hugo’s place we felt at home very comfortable and we made some good memories there we would definitely book again in the future. It was kid friendly with building blocks, and other outdoor activities stored in the garage we enjoyed the backyard space as well.

Mike was friendly and prompt with communication. The house was cozy, cute, and clean - exactly what we were looking for. Love that it was walking distance to summit!

Overall, the stay was great with young kids. They have a fun room for the kids with bunk beds, a slide, books, and toys. It’s a good location just outside of the Village. The hot tub was missed by their cleaner but they were super quick to get someone over there our first day which we appreciated.

don’t really have much to say, i enjoyed my stay and the place was great. has everything one would need for a short or longer stay. CANNOT smoke pens in the house, not that this was a problem i’m just putting it out there lol. Really friendly family, they are very accommodating.

Patrick went above and beyond to make my stay great! The space was very nice and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

It was a perfect stay. My favorite part was that we were able to stay there w our fur babies, the place was fenced so I was able to allow them to run around in the back while I relaxed inside the apartment. Place heated up pretty quickly & I was very very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again once I have the chance :)

Everything about this place was cool

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

Great stay! The place is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location to skiing is unbeatable. It actually is nicer in person than the photos represent. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Thank you!

Shelly's place was just what we needed for a short weekend. Unit C is part of a larger 3-unit complex, but is completely separate from the other two (separate entrance, back patio, grill, etc.). It was a warmer weekend than we expected, but there was a portable AC unit in the closet of the larger of the two bedrooms that worked well. One thing I would note is that the sun shines directly into the kitchen and living room in the afternoon which can cause the two rooms to become pretty warm, but if you pull the curtains/blinds, it will help - you also get a great view of the sun as it goes down at night. The house is in a great neighborhood that is on the lake and about a 10-12 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Shelly's place.

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!
