We loved going to the Swiss Valley Nature Preserve and getting to downtown Dubuque was only a 15 minute drive. Beautiful location - we hope to visit again!

Roy was super responsive and always available should we need anything. The house was exactly as described and the beds were SUPER comfortable! My family enjoyed the location as it was near most things we wanted to see/do and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again should we visit Cedar Rapids!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dubuque House. It is centrally located next to lots of restaurants & venues & the river, too, and very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. Kitchen had just what we needed. Highly recommend. Especially loved the flowers by the front porch - the Lilly of the valley and Lilacs smelled amazing!

Just wanted to let you know about Jeremy's place which we recently stayed at during our nephew's visit to Clarke University in Iowa. The location was outstanding, it was merely a 5 to 7-minute commute to the university. The neighborhood offered a safe and welcoming ambiance, which we absolutely adored. If you are a night owl, there's a myriad of things to do that will keep you entertained. Furthermore, for the history enthusiasts, you would be charmed by the historical elements of the local area. To sum it up, Jeremy’s place was simply beautiful and I would personally recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area in the future. Already looking forward to booking again sometime soon.
