A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at Karen’s beautiful lakefront home! From the moment we booked, Karen was amazing with communication—super responsive, helpful, and so accommodating. She made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that Karen puts a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful spot right on the lake. We loved having access to the boats during the day, and in the evenings, sitting around the firepit with family under the stars was just perfect. It was everything we needed for a relaxing escape. This is a place that we are fortunate to go to each year. Our entire family loves the cabin and peaceful lake. I think this is our 7th year. If you’re looking for tranquil, this is the perfect place. We had a great time! Jonathan was very responsive and answered every questions. Jonathan knew we were coming for fishing and since the weather was not cooperating he allowed us to check in earlier. His flexibility was appreciated by my husband who caught 3 huge bass the first day! The place is exactly how it is described. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. We enjoyed the scenery and felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Home is well stocked and clean. Great board game collection for fun evenings. Saratoga Springs is 35 minutes away for great restaurants and night life but plenty of local restaurant and pizzerias 10 to 15 minutes away. Overall great place with great host! We will definitely be back! Thank you again Jonathan for everything!

This is my family's second stay at Jeff's listing. It is our absolute favorite trip we now look forward to taking each year. The house is even more beautiful and peaceful in person than in the photos. Jeff was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was spotless upon check in and had all the amenities we could ever want/need. I can't wait to come back!

We spent a weekend and had our two kids and one dog with us. It was a little cabin set near multiple other cabins, and was perfectly functional for our needs. We used it as a home base to go hiking, biking, and fishing. If you’re into biking, Slate Valley trails are incredible and the local gravel roads are too. It was our 2nd time at Lake St Catherine, and we love the area. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and we’d definitely come again!

I've been out of the country for a few months. After arriving home my spouse and I needed a get-a-way. Doc's spot is exactly what we needed. Cozy home, beautiful lake and all the amenities I could ask for plus more. Doc, as many people have reviewed, is an excellent, friendly host. My only wish is that we stayed longer! The cabin was quaint , cute and clean. Sonja and the main office were very nice. She quickly responded to any questions we had. They also gave us a couple of mugs to celebrate the 50 year anniversary of Candlelight Cottages. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing cabin perfect for small groups. Easy place to gather by the fireplace or hang out in the game room. Responsive and friendly host. Clean and modern house with fun layout. Close to skiing at Gore and restaurants of Lake George. Overall great rental and experience.

This spot was great! It served as a base camp for the Adirondack portion of our 2024 fall expedition. It's just minutes from Lake George but not in the chaos so when you are done there you feel like you are going home. Our only regret is that we had so many road trips planned we didn't get to spend much time at Glen lake - it is so peaceful and quiet. However, It was great to wake up each morning to the sun sparkling across the lake and coming right into the living room through the trees, especially with the leaves radiating in color. Everything is right nearby so it's super convenient and it's just a minute from RT87 so you can go where ever you want. The host we're super nice, very friendly and made it feel like we were at our 3rd home - totally comfortable! We'd go back in a heartbeat...

Great cabin on the lake. We were there when it was frigid out but the heaters kept us nice and cozy and the lake views were gorgeous. We didn’t have a lot of luck ice fishing but we had fun trying. We went to the college, to local restaurants, skiing at snow bowl, and snow shoeing near the house to Silver Lake. Thanks for a great trip!

This is our third stay at Kevin’s place. It is a home that has brought wonderful family memories for us over the years. The stunning lakefront views, large porch area and sleeping arrangements are perfect for two small families. The game area is perfect for a few drinks and dock on the lake perfect for fishing!

Beautiful location and house amenities were exceptional. Host even had a welcome basket of goodies sitting out for our arrival. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms well appointed and the views spectacular. Close to lots of activities and restaurants Would definitely stay again

Our family of five just spent Thanksgiving at the lake house. Its size and layout accommodated us well - having the second frig became necessary. It’s a lovely place and stunning views from almost every window. Would definitely come again. Thanks!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Larry is very sweet, gave us a tour, offered to help with docking our boat and even offered my husband the tools to fix the bunk on our trailer. The house is big and beautiful!! Very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need!! The hot tub is definitely a bonus as we used it everyday!! The dock was perfect, we had room for our pontoon boat and jet skis. All around the perfect place for some R&R!!! My family and I love Cossayuna Lake as we are semi local and it was our first experience with an Airbnb. Thank you Larry for sharing your home!! Highly recommend this for your next vacation!!

Our crew enjoyed their stay in Mary's home. She was very friendly and proactive with directions to her home.

It was perfect for what we wanted! We were giving Grandma an 80th Hallmark Experience. A lot of what we did was in Woodstock and it was a noce 30 min ride to the town, but for us very convenient. We had a family of 14 and we played games in ythe main living room all together. The downstairs was perfect for our older kids to hang out in!

We absolutely loved our stay at Barbara’s home! It was spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and 1 child with no issue. The kitchen is well appointed, allowing us to cook meals throughout our stay. We had a small storm roll through, which dropped 5” of snow overnight (great for our next day on the mountain!), and we were thrilled to see that the driveway and walkway had been cleared prior to 7am. The bedrooms were comfortable and the view from the great room is truly stunning. Would love to stay here again! Thank you, Barbara!

I couldn't recommend this place more! My cousins and I had a great time and Uli is super attentive. The hot tub has a great view of the lake, it was also salt water which I love. The space was extremely cozy and exactly what we needed. We snowboarded pico and killington and it was about a 25-30 minute ride. We will for sure be back! Thank you guys so much!

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain.
