Cactus Cottage sorta exceeded my expectations ("clean&comfy, that's all I ask")! It is such a sweet space, super clean throughout, and stocked with just about every basic necessity. It's well insulated, the A/C works great, the shower was spacious, the water was hot, and the curtains offer serious privacy. I wish I could've arrived sooner or stayed longer to enjoy everything... prepare a light meal or watch a movie, but especially sipping hot coffee on the deck watching the sunrise.

Robert and Lynn's place was beautiful find! this was a bucket list check off since it was on the river and close to all the hot spots and at the same time very peaceful at night which is what we wanted. We will be coming back!

Stayed here for the night as we were on a road trip and wanted to enjoy the river. The house was great to BBQ and enjoy the beautiful surroundings! It’s close to 2 of the national parks and rec beaches, spent the day at Buckskin and it was perfect for the grandmas and our young daughter! Will definitely consider another stay with the family! Thanks Chris, nice place!

James is a great host. I needed an early check in & he made it happen. It was perfect for the Work I had to do out if town. The river is right there. Lovely views. It's dog friendly. The internet was a little dicey. I knew other people staying in the Arizona Oasis that had problems with their internet as well, so it's not localized to James's place. I was surprised that I was asked to strip bedding & gather towels after I paid $100 for a cleaning fee. It could have been much cleaner; cobwebs in kitchen & dirty bathroom floor. Great place overall!

Andee and Allison were great hosts. We were looking for a place to stay near Havasu Springs Resort. It was a special trip for us to honor my Mom for all the fun times we had there as kids. We were very comfortable staying in the Hillcrest community. Being just a few minutes from HSR was perfect. Their place had everything we needed for our 8 day stay with the exception of a washer/dryer which we knew going in. Easy enough for us to handle. We very much enjoyed having quiet mornings and evenings to bookend our fun days re-visiting the Havasu area. Thank you!

We stayed here for the Parker Dam 500 race and we really enjoyed are stay. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host communicated well and in a timely matter. I definitely would stay here again. Great place!

Audra was so pleasant and a wonderful person to work with! She was so helpful and responded immediately to our questions! Highly recommend her house in such a lovely setting! Her home was stocked with everything you could possibly need and very clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay! Felicia was super responsive and helpful, proactively reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay! The house was clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. We hope to come back again later this year!!

This Place was very nice relaxing, spacious and very clean beautiful backyard and grill bar area . We Had an amazing experience we will definitely consider coming back.

This house is as advertised, a 1970 gem, its like you went back in time to 1970. The house Is clean, functional, and fun. Bar, pool table, gas grill, Blackstone Grill and right across the highway from the Parker Strip with plenty of restaurants, golf, off road trails and the River. you will love the nostalgia of the 1970's decor, 5 star stay!

If you want waterfront on the river and want your access to your boat anytime, then this is the place. Beautiful location. Very peaceful setting with nice view. House is well furnished with all the amenities one would need. We had a wonderful stay.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is unbeatable. You can sit on the deck all day and watch the river, go for a walk on the beach, grab a drink steps away. Also, Hayden is a great host. Staff at the restaurant/bar are also great. House is cozy and comfy. We stayed during the week and was not loud and was actually quite peaceful. Will be back for sure!!!
