Casa Conte Martini is a unique house which convinces with a large terrace and a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. You can relax in the hot tub and take in the view or go for a swim in the swimming pool which is located in the communal garden below. The house gives a lot of privacy and yet is part of a historical palazzo, which is located in the centre of Palaia, a lively medieval Tuscan village with a bar, a pub, 5 restaurants and 3 grocery shops all in walking distance.

The space
Here’s everything you need to know about your stay at Casa Conte Martini:

The hot tub requires no adjustments except for the temperature, which you can easily regulate using the dial to increase or decrease the heat. Simply confirm your selection by pressing the lightbulb icon.

Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units, each controlled by its own remote. The switch for the outdoor sunshade is located to your right as you enter. Please remember to pull it in when you leave the house or if there are strong winds.

If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Have a wonderful holiday!

Other things to note
The town of Palaia remains authentic and largely untouched by tourism. One of the most enchanting aspects of Palaia is its unspoiled and genuine nature. This authenticity also encompasses cultural traditions such as truffle hunting and boar hunting, which are integral to Tuscan culture. It is common to find hunting dogs and truffle dogs residing in the village. Consequently, there may be occasional barking at night, with only one out of 22 guests, so far, being disturbed by it. There is an air conditioner in each room and with the window closed it is very unlikely that you will hear anything. Since we cannot control this, we prefer to mention it.
