Vacation rentals with beach access in Kihei

We liked the pool a lot! We also liked to play tennis and there were 2 rackets and tennisballs in the apartment. Great! The kitchen was easy to use and well equipped. The shower is very nice and the bed great. You could also use all the beach equipment. There is a beach litterally across the street. We rather liked to hike and found the location great because it was easy to get everywhere on the island. Also foodland is quite close and in Kahului, which is a 15 min drive, is every shop you want. So nothing missing. We had a great stay!

The place was just as described. It was within walking distance to a really nice beach. The chairs/umbrella for the beach were great and we used them extensively. We really liked that the washer and dryer were in the unit so we had fresh towels when needed. Would definitely come back

Perfect place to enjoy Maui with beach view from balcony. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super well equipped! We had a toddler and there was a pack n play, dining chair booster, a few toys, and baby utensils! Megan was super responsive and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend the walk down the beach to the sugar beach bakery.

We came here for our 20th anniversary. The views and beach are unparalleled. It is a more private setting and not walkable to downtown Kihei. This was perfect for us because we just wanted a chill place to be. It is still very accessible to the entire island and Kihei is really easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

This place was great for our family of five (teenage kids, so basically 5 adults) first trip to Maui. The lanai was my favorite hangout spot with the most gorgeous ocean view and we loved being right across from Kam 3 beach! The beach supplies were awesome! We weren’t bothered at all by the busy street out front that some have commented on. The kitchen was well stocked. Melissa was the most amazing and helpful host I’ve ever had!! She gave great instructions, provided helpful recommendations, and was immediately responsive when we had a snafu with the door code—she was absolutely fabulous! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

Mike’s place was super convenient! Short walk to the beach, and he basically had all the supplies we needed so we didn’t need to rent anything. One of the beach chairs has seen better days, but it was still useable and my daughter loved the boogie boards. The apartment was extremely clean as well. There are plenty of restaurants and food trucks within walking distance. It’s an easy drive to all the major sights — we basically hit all the highlights in Maui easily. Would definitely recommend Mike’s place.

Overall good place to stay- very large and open layout. Clean and had most everything we needed. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and a park. Parking was good, fairly quiet street. Had lots of extra beach stuff to use (cooler, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, swimming stuff, snorkeling stuff)

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Steve’s place is great and he is an excellent communicator and very invested in ensuring his guests have a great experience. We loved watching the sunset from the deck and the pool and game room were both so fun for our family. Lots of pantry staples on hand as well as some yummy snacks to greet us. The location is private and peaceful and we loved all the beautiful Hawaiian plants and geckos in the yard. Thanks for a great stay!

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

Great place walking distance to Paia! Súper clean and comfortable, and well stocked kitchen. Great to have private parking also. Lovely little space to sit outside with some grass. Place gets lovely and cool in the evenings, we just had the windows open the whole time! Awesome that they provide beach accessories like chairs. Can walk from the property into town easily for food, and can walk to the local beach. We fell in love with Paia - such a charming sleepy beachside town that doesn’t seem to be overrun with tourists!

Great place to stay. My husband and I, my 4 young children, as well my parents stayed here for our 9 day Hawaii vacation. This place was like being at home with all the things you could need! There was snorkeling gear, beach towels, a beach wagon, fins, water shoes of various sizes, etc. in the garage. We didn’t have to buy anything for the beach! Inside was comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have been better! Walking distance to Kihei Village and lots of fun places around!

I enjoyed staying here. It’s close to the beach and the shopping street. Plus, the view from the balcony is beautiful, we ate breakfast there every morning. It’s even better than the photos show!

Very nice apartment in a very good location. South Maui Gardens are very near and highly recommended. Carolyn was also very friendly and easy to reach.

My wife and I had a great time at Todd’s place. The location is great, lots of food trucks and coffee shops steps away from the condo. There is a friendly surf spot just in front of the condo. The condo is very well equipped with brand new appliances. I totally recommend this place!

I would stay there again. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. It had everything we needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect for Exploring Maui! This was our first trip to Maui, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The location was central to everything, making it so easy to get to all our planned activities and food spots. Whether heading to the Road to Hana, hanging at the beaches or having dinner, this Airbnb made it all convenient. The space itself was well-equipped, just the right size for two. While it may not be ideal for a group of 3, it had everything we needed, plus an unbeatable ocean view that made every morning feel magical. On top of all that, the host Sarah and Joe were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. 10 stars if we could give them! We absolutely loved our week here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Maui. Mahalo!!

We stayed here for 5 days and found Andrew’s & Tanya’s place wonderful! The place is clean, comfortable, and the view is spectacular. The host is responsive and welcoming. We definitely would stay here again!

I have been to Maui 4 times- the 3 times before were great- this time was PHENOMENAL!! It truly felt like a home away from home. Every aspect of this condo was unique, well thought out, B-E-A-UTIFUL and complimented Maui's Aloha vibe. We enjoyed the sunset from the Lanai practicing our Conch shell playing (Josh (my partner) got the hang of it, I at least gave the neighbours a good laugh). There was everything you needed for the beach in the closest ready for us- we had packing the beach chairs pockets down to a science, didn't need another bag!! The parking spot was right beside the door, the pool was a 2 minute walk away and the beach 5 minutes out the back way. We checked out BINGO night at Fred's (10 minute walk) and snorkelled Black Rock at Mark's suggestion. SO MANY LIZARDS on the Lanai😍 Truly an unforgettable trip, and it was made possible by the amazing home base provided by Mark. Mahalo for everything!! Already planning our trip with family for later this year or next 🤙🏼
