This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house/location. It had all the space and amenities to make it a comfortable stay for our party of 6. We loved waking up every morning and walking over to Kraken Coffee for a delicious cup of coffee and then later walking over to the food trucks at night for an amazing variety of food for dinner. Probably our absolute favorite thing was how conveniently close Foodland grocery store was. We would love to stay there again in the future! Mahalo!

We’ve been to Maui four times in the past year, and Peter’s place has been by far the best location and value of all our visits. It’s perfectly situated—just 5–15 minutes from what we feel are the best beaches and snorkeling spots on the island. The location easily beats Kaanapali and Napili. The home is well-kept, in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road, so you get peace and privacy without sacrificing convenience. Peter is a kind and respectful host—he gives you your space but is quick to respond if you need anything. I don’t usually leave long reviews, but after staying at so many Airbnbs, I can confidently say: if you’re heading to Maui, this is the place and location you want. 100% satisfied. Thank you, Peter.

Nothing but great things to say about this Airbnb. Clean, safe, comfortable, walkable, convenient, good wifi, air conditioning and fans, it was one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The property grounds are manicured and gorgeous. The villa itself was spotless with the perfect balcony view for sunsets and our morning coffee. We were fortunate to meet Sandra who is a delight and full of local recommendations. The location is privately tucked away from the busier areas but still close enough to everything you need. The photos and description are accurate. The space was perfect for our small family of 3.

Beautiful property in tranquil, relaxing setting. Centrally located in upcountry with easy access to nearby towns and distilleries. The home is beautiful; you can see the little touches that make it special and shows much pride in ownership. Hoping to make this an annual event and enjoy the property again!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach—which was a huge plus. We really appreciated that the home had everything we needed, from the kitchen to beach umbrellas, chairs, and more. The community was peaceful and welcoming, and parking was super convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were able to relax, connect, and make beautiful family memories. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Nothing else to say. It was great. Good WiFi was important for me because I’ve been on Maui for work. Good WiFi was available. The back of the building was less than 50’ from the ocean. Great place to relax after work and to enjoy the sunset. Any appliances worked. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nothing to complain.

We loved our stay! The view is unbeatable and the tiki torches at night add to the ambiance. The place is clean, great location, and had all we needed. Many thanks to John for hosting us!

Very spacious apartment on a beautiful and peaceful property with amenities. Walking distance to the beach and short drive to other beaches and surf shops. The unit had everything we needed like a full kitchen and beach towels, as well as the washer and dryer which came in really handy. Yuana was super responsive and accommodated our requests and questions!

Melissa is an excellent and communicative host. The condo was clean, very nice, and well appointed. It is located directly across the street from a beach and within a short walk of restaurants and shops in Kihei. Also a short drive to the shops, resorts and beaches in Wailea. The building is located at the corner of a busy street which comes with a bit of noise but nothing intolerable. If you are very sensitive to noise, close the windows, turn on the air conditioning and use the white noise machines that are provided in both bedrooms and all will be well. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and utensils needed to make a proper meal. There is a closet with beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler - basically all the things you’d need for a day at the beach. If we visit Maui again we will definitely try to book this place. It was perfect for our family of four.

Joe's place was fantastic - short 10 minute walk to the beach and very close to the pool and BBQ station. Mari was super responsive and was even able to get us in an hour earlier than our planned check-in. The house was well equipped in the kitchen including basic spices and condiments but even better was the provided beach stuff (coolers, chairs, umbrella's and two boogie boards!). We also really appreciated the nice little gift of chocolates, cookies and coffee waiting for us. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the place and the stay. Few tips for others: - the walk up from the beach is steep and was tough for our 80yo grandma but every time we drove to the local beach we had no issues finding parking - the pool looks like it has locks on the gates - they don't - just put your hand through and open from the other side - nice 3rd story look-out at the pool for sunset but get there early as it is a popular place - have a coffee grinder! Very convenient and comfortable, well-appointed. The condo is on the shady side of the complex, which might be an important advantage in the summer months; it was not an issue now, although it was hard to find a sunny space to dry shoes. The general aspect was very pleasant, with very easy access to the beach, which is gently sloped and has calm waves. Easy highway access to drive to other places. The ceiling fans keep the rooms feeling cool; we were always comfortable. The (patio? lanai?) outside the living room was an extremely pleasant place to sit. The instructions warned about ants, but we saw none. Possibly the season, or the fact that we didn't cook much. The one thing I could have wished for was some specification in the description about the hardness of the mattresses. Preferences on this vary; we prefer very firm mattresses and these were somewhat soft, which caused problems for my wife's back.

Karen is an excellent Host. The Apartment is perfect, modern, great location, well equipped, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance but yet the Apartment is in a peaceful location. There is a beautiful beach literally minutes away. Can't wait to come back.

This was a lovely apartment with a fantastic host. Dimitry catered for everything that he possibly could and when certain aspects such as early check in/ late check out were not available, Dimitry did everything he could to offer alternative suggestions. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we well catered for. I’d recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Place was so clean, convenient location in the building and easy in and out access to explore the surrounding areas. We felt right at home. Loved the balcony views. Washer and dryer are big and nice, perfect for us between stops on different islands. Kelly was super nice, communicative and responsive! Would absolutely come back.

You are right on the ocean. It's a short walk to the beach to the left of the condo. We saw multiple sea turtles. If you want a great place for 2 this is it.

The owners were so welcoming and proactive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They had some uncontrollable maintenance issue arise that they handled immediately and it did not disrupt our trip at all. The building and amenities were perfect. Our son loved exploring the beach and chasing crabs. Our daughter spent the evenings in the pool after our daytime adventures. We will be back and are so grateful to have experienced this slice of paradise.

Super clean, amazing ocean front Condo with everything we needed! Communication with Dan was outstanding, he provides all the information you need to find the place and access it without any problems. The Condo is beautiful, very comfy bed, equiped with everything you can think of and great view! We are looking forward to be back in December!
