Tiny house vacation rentals in Kern River

We had an amazing vacation at this wonderfully peaceful cabin. It was beautiful and the cabin was cozy and quiet. A great spot to unwind from the city!

Jim and Karen were so nice to lend us an ATV to help move our things when we decided not to test our car on the final hill to the cabin. They checked in on us frequently before and during our stay. The cabin is cozy and private, and there was plenty of firewood available. We had a lovely long weekend, and our dog loved the snow!

My family stay was great very private nice view. Location was great as well and a great place to rest from sequoia hiking. The internet worked good for us very accommodating. Thank you

Paul’s place was comfortable and clean. It was easy to settle in and relax for a long weekend. There was great access to all the recreational amenities we were hoping for! I would definitely recommend staying there and we will look to stay there again!

The cabin couldn’t have been more perfect for what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The cabin had everything we needed and very clean. Would choose to stay at this cabin again when visiting Sequoia National Park!

View was fantastic and you can see the ntnl park entrance from the front door! Loved the little gift bag of snacks and pellegrino. There was a small issue during our stay and Jana was phenomenal, communicative, and worked with us to get it fixed. Doggos were adorable too :)

Great place to get away from the crowds. Hiking trails, fishing, and swimming opportunities we're all great.

5 stars across the board! Clear instructions, responsive host. The property is gorgeous, we appreciated the peace and quiet away from the city. Feeding the piggies, walking around the property taking in the sights & soaking some sun in the hammock were all highlights. Jen & Pete left a sweet card and little treats too! Very thoughtful. I loved the farm experience! Being surrounded by animals was so fun! The hosts were super friendly and fun to talk to. The cabin was clean and a good glamping option for when it’s too cold to camp in Sequoia.

Bryan’s ‘Monkey Flower Ranch’ is an incredible, beautiful, unique place to stay. The main cabin and tiny houses are so well built and cosy. The property they sit on is picturesque and the surrounding mountains and stream are breathtaking. I highly recommend staying there and experiencing all it has to offer. The stars are night are epic, showering in the semi outdoor shower is so lovely and sitting down by the stream is so relaxing and peaceful. Communicating with Bryan was also always easy and he was helpful at every turn. Thanks for everything mate! Joel

Peaceful, nature sounds, clean and tidy, perfect for couple, great host, short drive to Sequioa! Tip: Download the Google maps calendar due to lack of cellphone service. WiFi at the house was good though. No smell to the water as mentioned in other reviews! We did bring our own drinking water.

Stay of only one night in transit to Death Valley. What happiness! What an incredible view! Very simple arrival with Gregory's directions. A cozy little nest, very good bedding to recharge the batteries. Extremely clean! The +: homemade breakfast, excellent and very good value for money! In short, everything was perfect and we highly recommend it! Thank you again for your welcome!

Amazing spot near the river and close proximity to the national park entrance. The design and layout of the space was perfect. The fireplace outside and inside was a huge touch to the place. Very responsive and helpful host as well.

We spend few days at the property Red Onion. The house was very clean,comfortable,beautiful designed. There was an amazing view from the house over the lake Isabel. The house had everything what we needed. Thanks to the owner and management of the property. We are looking forward to come back.

Meredith was super helpful immediately upon booking up until we checked out ! She provides detailed instructions on how to get there as well as how to use and turn everything on. She also provides different hiking trails that you can drive to. However, The location wasn’t as private as we expected, the cabin is located in someone’s backyard and you’re surrounded by other cabins whose residents live there. They’re all friendly and have friendly dogs but definitely keep in mind if you’re looking or expecting something a little more secluded and private. Initially upon booking I was torn between 3 different cabins and ultimately I chose this one because the pictures of the hammock over the creek. Once we got there we realized there wasn’t a hammock over the creek which was a little disappointing but she does provide a hammock for you to hang up in front of the cabin and some yoga mats and games. We did find an old condom wrapper on the floor but aside from that the place was super clean

Loved our stay at Greg’s place! Had all we needed for a family of four, areas of the home are well thought out! Just enough snow near the home for the kiddos to stay busy for hours, plus a porch area and grill! Perfection!

Awesome place if you're visiting Kings Canyon and Sequoia NP. Really easy to find, smooth check-in. Be sure to download the map of the area as cell phone service can be limited. Also note that utensils and plates might not be available, so if you're bringing something to heat up in the microwave, have your own plates and silverware. They do own a coffee shop in the property where you can get those items, but if you're doing a late check-in, that will not be an option.

Adorable cabin! Great location — walking distance to restaurants, shops, the park. All the little things that I could possibly need, even down to condiments in the fridge. Highly recommend staying at this place!

I really loved my time spent here. The bungalow is sooooo cute. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the River and mountains was a great memory. Hosts were wonderful as were their furry friends. Excellent location to go into the park. I will be staying here again!

Sherry’s studio was extremely neat and cozy giving a home away from home vibe. It was a nice gesture to have snacks waiting for me as soon as I walked through the door. The Studio also felt very private and safe/peaceful. 10/10 would recommend and come here again!

This place was better than described. I'm sure the creek by the house varies in size depending on time of year, but we lucked out. The creek was full and the sound of the water was so lovely, especially to sleep to. You also had views of the lake from the house, and just a quick drive to get to it. The house is great. I love the MCM vibes, and appreciated the matching decor. We spent most of our time on the big screened in deck. We ate all our meals out there, and enjoyed coffee and cocktails. Loved the hot tub, which heated up quickly. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms had nice touches, like cordless charging lamps. We really enjoyed our stay, and my friend is planning her next trip already. We also really appreciated an easy check out. Some rentals really ask you to do too much at checkout, along with a hefty cleaning fee you've already paid. Would recommend booking this place.

Super cute studio! A bit on the smaller side but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Absolutely loved the orange trees everywhere and the quiet, serene neighborhood.
