Vacation rentals with a patio in Keene Valley

Nancy’s apartment was exactly as described and had an amazing view! We loved the chocolate chip cookies and very comfortable bed. It was close to everything Burlington has to offer and we would highly recommend this place!

Anne’s Garden View rental was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. The pricing was more than fair and felt like a real value. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches, handwritten notes, and the genuine care Anne puts into hosting. We would absolutely stay here again. A true 5-star experience!

I have rented many Airbnb’s. The most loved ones are where the host/owner takes care of property, not a corporation. This rental is one of those. There are so many personal touches that makes it warm and inviting. First off, It is a super spacious light and airy big room. Lots of windows with big green trees surrounding the property. We turned off all the ac units and opened the windows (all have screens!) and there was a refreshing breeze throughout the whole apartment. There were so many “Mac” touches that we just loved. All his favorite bands in cool small tasteful framed posters, many surfing magazines, lots mirrors and plants that adorn this apartment and make this one of my top ten rentals. And can we talk about that bathtub for two. It was a rainy late May weekend when we rented and that bathtub was a joy to come home to. Old North town is a cool part of Burlington. The location makes it easy to get out and about. We came to ski and snowshoe at The VIC, it was easy to get there. The apartment is just right for a home base. The water pressure in the shower is exceptional! Other reviews mentioned early morning noise, it's simply tiny feet walking about, and you have to really listen for them. I highly recommend Jon's Loj, and hopefully will be back again.

Andrew’s place was exactly as described. Just far enough out of of the middle of Middlebury to be completely peaceful, but a very quick drive to town. The space was clean, spacious and had a great kitchen. The view off of the back deck was fabulous. I’d definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here! Clean, comfortable, homey, and a lovely outdoor space. Highly recommend! We stayed here because we had tickets to an event at the Champlain Valley Expo and were delighted to learn that there was a walkable shortcut! Jackie’s place provided the perfect home base.

Great spot to stay and Michael made check in a breeze

This was our first stay in the Leonard Ave location. Kevin met us at the house and showed us everything. There were a few items that were needed and Kevin took care of those immediately. His communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us and the accommodations were exactly what we needed! We will absolutely book again!

We had a nice stay for our son’s graduation from UVM. Plenty of room for 4 of us, Andria was very communicative and check-in a breeze.

We loved our stay! So walkable to the waterfront and downtown The screened in porch was awesome for our 2 year old to play on. Everything was beyond clean and owners were super responsive. Also had great recommendations in their guide book! Would definitely recommend

Sonja is amazing to deal with. Very proactive and accessible. The house was in great shape. Her bathrooms were great - up to date, great hot water/pressure. She leaves clear directions and sets up the home to look like an inn (waters and flowers in the bedrooms). Perfect location to walk to town and only 15 mins from Whiteface. Very enjoyable and relaxing weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were stunning from the moment you pulled into the driveway and from every window in the house! It was family friendly, our kids loved this house, the kids book shelf and the closet of toys and kid amenities! Anna was super responsive from check in day to check out! We were very happy with our stay and not only are we ready to go back, our kids are already asking for another vacation there!! Highly recommend!

This is probably one of the best homes we have stayed at in Airbnb. The pictures do not capture just how wonderful this home and the land it is on. The home is decorated really nicely, very colorful, with lots of nice stain glass. The entire home is very comfortable, including the beds and pillows, and there are many places to sit and relax. There are a lot of kitchen amenities and the home is uncluttered and spotlessly clean. The yard is so nice to spend time in and the hot tub is great. There aren't any pics of it but it is the kind with jets and big enough for 2 adults. My only regret is not staying longer!

We had such a great time at Ashley's place and really appreciated the welcome basket & being able to bring our 2 kitties with us to stay that need meds. (We also loved the neighborhood porch kitty that visited daily.) Thank you SO much, Ashley!

I wish had more opportunities to return to Middlebury because Andrea & Jeremy’s beautiful home is the first place I’d choose to book. The house is light-filled, cozy and comfortable but also tastefully minimalist with healthy thriving plants softening each corner. Andrea is a thoughtful host leaving notes, making recommendations and just generally being a lovely person during the communication process; we felt right at home. Beds are comfy and the house is immaculate. We loved walking into town and to the campus for our events. I highly recommend this home for your next stay in Middlebury.

Absolutely love staying in this condo with my family of seven people. Beautiful loft for the teenagers and two big private bedroom downstairs. The view was fantastic and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The Adirondack decor and huge stone fireplace or a huge plus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and property. It was well appointed, comfortable and had many cute ADK touches - moose culture :) The communication was easy and fast with the property manager. We would 100% stay again.

Wonderful place to stay for a trip to lake placid. Conveniently located to tons of restaurants. Hosts were very communicative.

This is a great spot if you can walk about 1/2 mile to town, maybe a little more if you want to walk the whole strip. The property was very spacious and comfortable. The electric heat was responsive and we were never cold in spite of the outside air temps and broken gas fireplaces (both). There were plenty of spices, oils, tin foil and kitchen items to cook with at the unit without having to transport your own kitchen with you for a weekend. That was very helpful. The rooms were large and plenty of closet space-you might end up spreading out too much and lose track of your things given there are 3 floors! Another review had commented that the unit was dated and that was true, old curtains and colors from the 80's or 90's, but it was clean and comfortable. My biggest beef is that check-out instructions should be included with description. You have to strip beds, start a load of laundry, take out trash, put away dishes, etc. What is the cleaning fee for? And they limit your TP!

Beautiful, well kept, and clean condo. Space was perfect for our group and just as described in the listing. Kitchen was bigger than I expected and everything in the kitchen was in excellent/new condition. The DR/LR space was plenty big for our crew, and it was really nice to have have four bedrooms, each with their own updated bathroom. We did use the sauna which was lovely and a lot bigger than I expected! I would definitely book this unit again when in Lake Placid.

We had a very good stay at Hannah's. The apartment is very close to the UVM campus and made visiting our son super convenient. There was a reserved parking spot in the building's basement, but we were always able to find street parking, too. The apartment itself was very clean with comfortable areas to eat, sit and stretch. We did experience a problem with the toilet during our stay, but Hannah arranged to have it repaired immediately and we were very appreciative. The screen door to the cute little balcony also needs to be repaired, which would have allowed us to keep it open overnight for greater air circulation (Hannah says she will get this fixed, too). There is only one ac unit in one bedroom, but we were comfortable enough during our stay. Hannah was terrific about providing very clear instructions about check-in and was proactive about messaging to make sure all was going well. We will happily stay at her place again!

Great location, good communication from host, house was exactly as described. Great option for a brief stay in Lake Placid.
