Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kane County

Melanie was an excellent hostess. She provided very useful information about the temporary closure of part of the Fox river trail. In addition she told us how to circumnavigate that closure. This was really great information as we had planned bike rides and with her info we had no problem at all. Enjoyed the towns along the river with numerous restaurants and museums and we even got to use outstanding outdoor public pickleball courts that were near by. This house is in a truly fantastic location and we can’t thank Melanie enough for offering up her house. With any luck it will be available for a return trip next spring.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet for the location. Very clean and well kept house. The Shop next door was relatively quiet, did spook our pup a couple times while being outside. Didn’t bother me or my wife and dog at all while inside the house. We will gladly stay again at this location. Thank you again alex, you are a great host!

Found an absolute gem on this app ...that being both this listing AND Veronica! When my husband and I first started planning our micro backyard wedding we never thought we'd find a place like hers- secluded but not too isolated, gorgeous, huge backyard, pristine, enough sleeping spaces for all the out of towner, a gorgeous "theme" room to host the reception...and pet friendly so my dog could be the ring bearer! From the very beginning Veronica was just as excited as us to have our wedding there. We asked if we could possibly stop by and peak into the backyard to get an idea of the layout. Instead, she took time out of her Sunday to give us a FULL tour! She even gave me a hug afterward, it was so sweet. Veronica went out of her way to provide tables & chairs and was quick to reply to messages when I had questions day of. She even followed up after to ask for wedding photos! My husband and I said if her place is still available a decade from now we'll have our vow renewals there!!

Bob and Beth’s house is a tastefully decorated, tidy and well stocked home in a great neighborhood. It was a very enjoyable place for a visit to the area. Both interstate and downtown are only a few minutes away, making getting around easy. Communications with the hosts were excellent - a big thank you to them for making this stay possible. The only regret is that there wasn’t enough time for a longer visit. Highly recommended!

Susie’s place was a terrific stay close to downtown Elgin. The neighborhood felt safe and was mostly quiet with joyful music one evening but stopping early in the night. Susie was responsive and helpful and the house was a comfortable stay.

My family & I had our hotel reservation fall through last minute & Mayra & Isaac went above & beyond before the reservation to accommodate us all! I was blown away by the proactive effort & amazing communication. Their home was clean & exactly what we wanted to come “home” too after a long day! I would stay here or any of their other properties again without a doubt

Brook is an excellent communicator and wonderful AirBnB host. I needed a place for my mom and a friend to stay during a cancer surgery recovery that was near the doctor's office and had availability for 10 days. Brook was very accommodating and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying at Brook's AirBnB. The space was perfect, comfortable, and very nice. Great location, great pricing. I cannot thank Brook enough!!

Exceeded expectations, incredibly responsive hosts and the home is absolutely stunning. I rented the entire home for my wedding as it was extremely close to my wedding venue as well as my rehearsal/welcome dinner. I also got ready here the morning of my wedding for hair and makeup. So beautiful, peaceful and quiet, no worries about parking thanks to clear instructions and parking passes. The morning after our first night in the house my exact words to my family and now husband were “I could live here”. You never say that about a hotel now do you? ;) The only hiccup I ran into was the initial check in at the main door. It ended up being the code for one of the suites. I tried them all and it was the last one I entered of course. This was likely in the info somewhere but my wedding brain missed it. The total cost was a bit high for the short amount of time we stayed but it was also a holiday weekend and honestly the value and benefit of simplifying my wedding plans was worth it!

Great location and for the price I was very happy. You are sitting right over a restaurant but the noise is not noticeable on weekdays, they have great food. Weekends was a little noisy but it stops at 11PM on the dot. There was a farmers market on the street out front on Saturday, really cool to wake up to that. I would stay here again in the future.

I absolutely loved staying here! The place is perfect. It is so easy to get to, has a great parking, is close to downtown Geneva, and is safe and private. The decor is adorable and so comfortable. It was so clean and cute and convenient. The bed is so comfortable. Cita is also so nice and extremely helpful and responsive. I loved everything about staying here. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I am in Illinois. Amazing little place!

I have stayed at one of Briana’s places numerous times. They never disappoint. She is a great host and always responsive if I ever need anything. This condo is very clean quiet, and cozy. I highly recommend.

Our stay was lovely. The unit was clean, and it had everything we needed. Instructions on how to get in were clear, and if I had any questions Briana promptly responded. If/when we visit Lombard again, we'll keep this airbnb in mind.

My husband and I stayed here over the holidays. The apartment was pretty well appointed, clean and is in a good location- centrally located for our purposes of being near family and close enough to the expressway to get to the city.

We had a great stay at Tracy's! We were working in downtown Aurora, and the location was perfect – close to everything in the area. The studio apartment was comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy. The only downside was the shower; there weren’t any photos of it on the listing, and it could use some remodeling , as it's quite old and not in the best condition, I was a bit disappointed by the shower. Other than that, everything matched the description, and Tracy was very helpful, always responding promptly.
