Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kahaluu-Keauhou

Place was a great location. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Parking spot was very convenient which is a big thing in Kona. The building is mostly made of concreate and that makes for a very quiet condo. I don't think we head anyone the entire time. Pool area was nice with plenty of seating. We enjoyed our stay here.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The space was very roomy and perfect for our family. The sunsets on the lanai were magnificent. The welcome basket was a nice surprise! We truly appreciated the beach supplies, including snorkel gear. Great restaurants and beautiful town within walking distance. We highly recommend this space. It’s well worth the price!

Host was great at communicating how to check in, and checking in if I needed anything. Good location and walkable to small beach & farmers market. Probably need car/uber to reach coffee shop/restaurants/downtown. Having pool access was a plus. Apartment was clean, nicely furnished, cozy & had all the supplies you may need when traveling (towels, chairs, laundry, insulated cups)

Yoko & Rocco were amazing hosts and we could not have been happier with The Pineapple Studio. I was in town for a triathlon and we not far from the event on race day. This location is very close to beach access, shopping, and dining, yet quite in the evening. Yoko & Rocco provided amenities such as an outdoor shower, on site laundry, a grill on a beautiful patio, included snorkeling and beach gear, and our own dedicated parking space. I could not have been happier with our stay. The AC unit in our room kept us nice and cool. I was also grateful they supplied toiletries in the shower as I forgot to bring body wash. This was a great stay and I would love to stay again in the Pineapple in.

Great place less than a 10 minute drive to the Kona airport and about a 15 minute drive from downtown. Nathan communicated very well with all the details. The shelf of items (shaving cream, sunscreen, aloe) left by prior guests was very appreciated.

We needed a place to stay last minute for a few days after a flight cancellation. Rosalba's place was well-reviewed, well-priced, perfectly located, and communication was fast and easy. It was a comfy place for my husband, my teenage daughter, and myself. It was very close to Magic Sands Beach and we greatly appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella that were available to use. The description and pictures were spot on. Communication was great. I highly recommend.

Loved staying here! Its a really beautiful space and Miho was very responsive and friendly. The area is beautiful and has so much to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Caryl was an awesome host. She send clear instructions for check in. Once we arrived, she gave us a tour of the house, shared local restaurants and things to do recommendations. She is super friendly and the house was amazing. My wife loved the papaya trees! Space was clean and a lot of gear for the beach which saved us from having to rent them. Great place and would definitely recommend.

Our stay for 4 people was great ! From check in to check out ! Everything that was listed was there for us. The view was just breath taking & enjoyed our beautiful morning view and sunset view as well. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a quiet peaceful and scenic place to stay , that would be right here.

To each their own but for us this place was perfect. Reasons we preferred this place over a hotel: Secluded and and away from tourists. You can truly relax and unwind after the days activities in peace A very large place for just the two of us to enjoy. Nice kitchen for those that prefer to cook instead of just eating at restaurants Picked fresh limes and grapefruit to use in drinks and breakfast every morning Don't need to pack much because they have a nice washer and dryer Lots of wildlife including roosters, frogs, birds A large and lush property to explore, walk around and enjoy. Very relaxing and peaceful. The infinity hot tub takes some extra steps to warm up and take care of but being up at the top of hill overlooking coastline in a non chlorine hot tub was exquisite

Joseph’s place was such a great vibe! From the second we pulled up the driveway, we couldn’t believe the beauty of the place. And then when we opened the front door, it just kept getting better! Beautiful spacious living room that was actually much bigger than the photos looked! The yard was inviting and we got to watch a gorgeous sunset and moonrise, and sunrise! Our 1 1/2 year old loved the grassy area and the gym mat. Immaculate and clean, the bedrooms were private and spacious with great airflow. We even forgot some items in the dryer, one of which is a sarong heirloom from my deceased mother, and he is graciously holding them for us until we return! 11/10 recommend and we are already booking his place again. Wow. What a spectacular place. A true eco-jungle-lodge-type experience. The location, the home, the host's communication and aloha spirit - everything was fantastic. Highly recommend 4WD / AWD car for the driveway, although we made it work with a sedan (kind of comical, actually). We are an adventurous family of four adults (2 grown kids) that likes experiences and lodging that would be the opposite of a cruise ship or resort. This place was perfect for us. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at Joe and Anna’s place! The location was ideal, tucked in a quiet area but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything you’d want in an Airbnb. The kitchen had all the utensils and essentials for easy cooking, and the pool was perfect for our kids, especially with the fun pool toys that were already there. Joe and Anna were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. It really felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

If you want the hustle and bustle of resort activities and to feel like a tourist, don’t stay at this place. If you want serenity, gorgeous views and the “aloha” feeling like a local , this is the place to stay. Conveniently located to many amazing activities and oh so comfortable. The lanai was great for morning coffee and rainbows as well as an evening drink and spectacular color-bursts at sunset. Great to have access to various beach supplies and not have to worry with packing bulky items. The only thing we would have loved was a longer stay. Mahola!

Great stay in a private suite within a bigger house. Appreciated the driveway parking. Close to amenities if have a vehicle. Space was clean and tidy and quite large. Only stayed one night, but would stay again in the future without hesitation.

Loved this home! Perfect location across the street from awesome snorkeling. Well stocked with fins and snorkels (although if you have multiple adults who want to swim, not all the gear is as good as the others). Had a high chair, two pack and plays, and a booster seat (not advertised but so useful!). The master bedroom is without a door so light sleepers beware. Lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner. Love the outdoor shower downstairs. Host was responsive.

Suzanne’s place was located close to one of our favorite snorkeling spots - Kahalu’u Bay. It’s just a short drive away, as is the KTA Superstore. You can walk to the Outrigger hotel to watch the sunset and see manta rays drawn to the lights in the water just off shore at night.

We stayed with our parents and toddler at Belem's place and it was excellent! We loved the proximity to surfing and snorkeling, and the easy parking steps from the door that made adventure logistics a breeze. The pool access was a big perk as well. Having laundry, snorkeling gear, a cooler, and beach gear was also quite useful. Thanks Belem!

Our stay here was perfect. Location was amazing right by the beach at a peaceful community, great for viewing sunrise/sunset. The place was just as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Part of a condo group, next to (unpretentious) Beaches restaurant - which locals stated was "the best in Kona" - and only steps away from Magic Sands Beach. View out the double wide slider was to clear ocean surf, full of yellow tang and black trigger fish visible in most swells. There is no A/C but the fans (there were 5 but we really only need the two large ceiling fans) kept it very comfortable.) This was April and daytime temperatures were low 80's. All in all a very nice place hanging out or as a home base. Great location for Kona and the beaches north. About .1 mile to La'aloa St, which takes you up to Hwy 11 (bypass highway for north or south travel. I recommend for a group of 2.

Denise was very responsive and helped navigate any requests and questions I had. the place was really good. had a good view although it had a couple of buildings slightly ahead to either side of it. the community felt safe and clean.

Great location! Slick and easy. Will definitely stay again!
