Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Julian

Travis place was wonderful and clean. the location to shops, restaurants, nightlife, nature was great. Travis was super responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting San Diego.

Aline is an excellent host and was always very responsive! Her place is in an excellent location in Escondido, with close proximity to San Diego Zoo Safari Park. It was a relatively quick trip to activities in San Diego and theme parks in Los Angeles. The apartment is located in a house with three other apartments and my upstairs neighbors at the time were quite noisy. Likely due to less insulation in my ceiling, I would hear every step they and their pets took and was often woken up by their alarm. All in all, I would recommend this place to others, especially if they were heavy sleepers.

I don’t want to say anything bad b/c Heather (and Tim) were absolutely fantastic!!! I can’t say enough good about them. The apt was fine and fully stocked with everything we could need. The negative is that the building is old and tired and had a funny smell. The pool wasn’t warm enough to use given the cool weather and the workout room was kind of a joke with very old equipment that was mostly broken. The area wasn’t great for tourists.

Great place with great hosts and felt right at home

I booked this place for technicians who were in the area for work. The technicians went home to celebrate the Easter weekend with their families. They have to come back to finish the job because they ran into some delays. They asked me to rebook the same place. I think that speaks volumes!!

Kev's place was my home for about 4 months due to my bathrooms being repaired. I received great service and quick responses to any issues that we had with the house. Kev was very accommodating to me and my family. Thanks Kev for your hospitality. V/R Warren

Staying at Efrain's place in San Diego was a real treat, largely thanks to its fantastic location. Being within walking distance of Balboa Park was a major highlight, allowing for easy access to museums, gardens, and cultural events without ever needing to hop in the car. Plus, the convenience of reaching other key attractions around the city was a definite bonus. What truly stood out, though, was Efrain's excellent communication. He was readily available to help with the check-in process and made it clear that he was there should anything else be needed throughout the stay, which was very reassuring. Beyond the prime location and Efrain's helpfulness, the neighborhood itself offered a welcome sense of tranquility. It was lovely to return to a quiet setting after a day of exploring. This peaceful atmosphere truly enhanced the overall experience and made for a relaxing stay.

Amazing airbnb with plenty to offer such as 4 beds as well as kitchenwares and toiletries! My friends and I felt right at home with this airbnb. Melissa was great at communicating too, which made the check in and check out processes much easier!

We loved it! Anas home was wonderful, nice and clean definitely felt like home. Anas instructions was clear and simple. She wasn’t a bother at all. Definitely can’t wait to come back and book again.

This was such a cute place to stay at! The decor was sooo cute and girly. The apartment gave me breakfast and Tiffany vibes, super cute. Literally like 3 minutes away from gaslamp. We originally booked an Airbnb that was a disaster and I went on the app. Looked at this place up and within five minutes Ryan had responded to my message. Will definitely be coming back to this place whenever we come to San Diego.

I really enjoyed staying at this studio apartment. The place was super clean and it had all of the necessary items. No clutter and nicely staged. The building is pretty neat, concrete walls, floors, modern designs. The place is located downtown and you can walk to the Padres stadium, Gaslamp, and down to the water with a little more effort. I would definitely stay here again. I checked in super late, and left super early, and I had no problems. The host was responsive and ready to help.

An excellent place to stay in North Park! Close to everything and we walked everywhere. A perfect spot for my family with a toddler and our friends.

We loved our stay here! The place was well stocked, especially with items for the beach for the kids. We appreciated the clean rooms and clean sheets, as well as quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we are in town.

My stay was fantastic! The apartment was very well equipped, and in a perfect location. The communication was seamless, and I will definitely stay here again. The proximity to the airport and the planes landing was actually a really cool feature. It did not bother me in the least, and I enjoyed watching the planes land. Five stars across the board!

We stayed at property for over 2 weeks and loved location!!! Had minor issue with getting TV to work but host sent someone very quickly to resolve. They were polite and very respectful while there! Only “complaint”, if can even call it, was kitchen table was a super cool wine barrel with high chairs. This is as advertised in photos so it wasn’t a surprise! Just we didn’t really think about it when we booked. Would have preferred table to work at but we made it work. There was a table/desk in bedroom but it only had stool that didn’t really work with height of table. Again our mistake not the hosts. Photos are very accurate!!Other than that we loved unit and the area!

Thelma’s place was clean, easy to find and had all the amenities. It also had stores nearby at walkable distance which was a plus for us. Definitely recommend it!
