Beachfront vacation rentals in Jones Beach

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

The property was well maintained, 2 minutes from the beach and boardwalk. The beds were all comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is stairs. It takes two full flights of stairs from the street level to the common floor and another half flight to the main bedroom/bathroom. Our group had some mobility impairment making this a challenge. This is not a knock on the property, only for awareness of people in similar condition.

Nice, small cozy cottage in a quaint neighborhood. The private access to the beach was a major plus. Place was clean with all the basics needed. Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Walking distance to coffee shops/food spots/ general stores. Rob was very personable and friendly. Perfect for a couple or few friends visiting the beach. Plenty of space for myself and my partner plus our dogs.

Everything was beautiful. It was exceptionally enjoyable to visit during the off season. We had the whole island to ourselves.

We had a lovely stay at Jenna's. The apartment was spacious and very clean, as pictured. Well located, minutes from the boardwalk, quiet neighborhood. We met Jenna and her husband, who were very nice. They made sure everything was going well for us and gave us restaurant recommendations. I recommend it without hesitating!

Great, responsive and accommodating host. Very nice, homey place to stay in fire island and enjoy the beach. The house is also very close to the dock for the ferry and water taxi.

Paige was phenomenal from beginning to end of my stay! The unit is immaculate and the views from the unit were amazing ! Any questions I had Paige answered immediately ! I will deff be back :)

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! It’s RIGHT on the water and the pool is literally right alongside the ocean - the house itself was beautifully decorated, clean and had a great sunroom where we spent most of our time. It has lots of bedrooms and a big kitchen and a big table in the living room. Huge backyard and great pool. Peaceful neighborhood. Elizabeth was a great host and always responsive. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice - this is probably the most peaceful and beautiful Airbnb I have stayed in. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect spot in a magical place. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The views from the house are stunning. The deck is incredible and I loved listening to ocean waves all day and night. My friends and I had a great time. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

Jonathan’s home is ideal! It’s set back off the road, you get to drive down a winding driveway, home is immaculate, the kitchen is well-equipped and modern. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had extra necessities, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer etc. the hot water was plentiful too! We used the iron and ironing board as well as the washer and dryer. The Wi-Fi was great, and the house has “smart features”. We were able to use the house tablet and connect to any music. The speakers throughout the house and outside was one of my favorite perks. The backyard is fenced in, peaceful and inviting. There is a little pond and we enjoyed the fire pit. Jonathan has a welcome book with instructions and suggestions. Kerri was great to meet and go over the house and answer any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the deer and turkey walking the front yard! We felt like we were so far from other houses, we walked about 1 1/2 blocks to the water. Shops and restaurants are close. Loved it

I stayed at this apartment in New York and it was just perfect! Location is ideal, close to all major attractions. Plus, the host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in New York!

Adam was a lovely host and was very responsive. He let me come a few hours early while the cleaning staff was finishing laundry. The house is rustic and has a certain woodsy charm. There is a screened in porch that has candles and peaceful lighting which is where we spent every night. The only issues we had were the kitchen did seem to have been cleaned or mopped and the refrigerator was never emptied from the prior guests. Everything else was clean, sheets were clean, towels were clean, bathrooms were clean.

Can't say enough positive things about this wonderful find!!! Spacious and clean. Right on the beach. Parking spot included. Huge kitchen. 3 bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms. Balconies that look over the beach. This is the only spot we will stay while visiting NY moving forward!! Rrezarta and her family live right upstairs and are super helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. They offered us their personal bikes to enjoy while we stayed with them. They had a tray of snacks waiting for us upon arrival, and because we were there for the Thanksgiving holiday, she even brought down a box of cookies for us. Who does that?!? They definitely deserve a "Top Tiered Host" award! Thank you for making our holiday trip to NY so memorable!!

Rob was very responsive to all emails and texts and all the instructions for checking in/checking out were very clear. House was exactly as advertised. Easy to get to beach and town. We had a really nice stay.

The house is great. Plenty of room. Close to beach and bay. The market is a short 1 minute walk. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Chairs, umbrellas and beach cart are waiting for use. Great place. Greg and Sandra were very responsive. Looking forward to next year.

Wayne’s cottage was a perfect place to stay while I was in town for a wedding. Very clean, comfortable, and a beautiful waterfront location on the north shore of Long Island.

We really loved staying here. Fantastic location, big patios, comfortable beds. Right by the beach. Grill, spices, speaker system indoor and big portable outdoor speaker. Two bathrooms, skylights... Big dining room table. Awesome spot! Thanks so much for having us.

The perfect landing spot for our family (2 adults and a toddler) the week of our beach vacation. The location was fantastic with easy access to Sandy Hook National Recreation area and several restaurants just a short walk away. The property was clean and well stocked. Our host was responsive and extremely thoughtful leaving extra children books for our toddler!

Best Airbnb ever. I hope to go back. John is the consummate host.
