Wonderful views if you are in the right cabin/room. The resort is well maintained with a few fun things to do onsite. We enjoyed the mini golf, views of the mountain and the Southern Comfort Lobby Bar. Something for everyone here. Great communication from our host. Also, the front desk, security team and bar staff were all friendly, accommodating and great at their jobs. We will be back!

This cabin was wonderful and the kids enjoyed it. They loved the pool area and stayed for hours. Loved that the pool room was heated. The movie room is wonderful with the lap trays and recliner seats. The arcade had many games. The beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive when I had any questions. You won't regret booking this cabin.

We enjoyed our time at Dustin's place. We were in Knoxville for a college graduation, and this was the perfect location. The house was very clean and comfortable and we felt safe at all times. Dustin is a great communicator and messaged during the weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay in Dustin's home again.

Great, easy stay at Michael’s for the weekend. Plenty of room (feels bigger than the photos look), comfy bed and everything you’d need for cooking. Nice quiet area with lots of trees.

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

Could not recommend this place enough to anyone looking for an out-of-the-way, scenic getaway. My husband and I had our wedding ceremony performed on the property and it was just perfect. Ken is a fantastic host, so responsive and nice! An emphatic 5 stars from us :)

Great place to stay! Easy access to downtown areas without having to deal with the crowds and traffic. House was clean and spacious. It was so nice having a bathroom for every bedroom! Responsive host who sent instructions a few days ahead of time so we didn’t have to worry about how to get into the house, etc. ahead of time.

We stayed here for my sisters graduation weekend! It was a perfect location. 10 minutes from the University of TN, everything you need is very close and all the essentials were provided by the hosts! They thought about everything! We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend it to our friends and family! Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was perfect!

It was everything as described. The rooms were just as pictured. You have two rooms; both have kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and pull-out sofas. The jacuzzi in the master suit was amazing! There is a waterpark and several heated pools as well as hottubs. We had access to all of it included with our stay. Al is an "owner" which means he has a timeshare that he has to book, so you may have to work around the available time he has available to him. The days that we first asked for were not available, but he did his best to accommodate us with a date that worked for the park as well as us. He is a honest and kind person. Please be patient as he will do his best to set up a time that works for the both of you. The park staff will try to sale you a timeshare. They offered us 150 dollars, a three night vacation, and lunch. They are pushy sales people, so be aware. You can refuse right away, or take the free stuff and walk away. Or. You can become an owner like Al.

Had a great stay in Gatlinburg! Great spot to use as a homes base for activities in Gatlinburg and close to the national park. As described and looks like the pictures. Had lots of fun during our weekend in Gatlinburg! 🙂

A-minute reservation was made while en route from Washington to Dallas for an overnight stay to rest. I had modest expectations, but this establishment felt like home due to its beautiful surroundings. I took a morning run over the bridge. There are numerous restaurants and pubs in close proximity. Parking was conveniently located in front of the building. The host was highly responsive, proactive, and friendly. A five-star rating seems inadequate 😉
