This cozy cottage was such a fun & peaceful getaway. Beautiful views surrounded in nature with all the extras that take it to the next level! Kayla was very helpful and quick to respond.. Would definitely go back :)

Beautiful property. Lovely farmhouse nestled into peaceful rolling fields. We loved just sitting by the campfire overlooking the pond. Very secluded. From the back yard you can't see any neighbors. very peaceful. easy ride to beautiful Hocking Hill State Park. The hosts were very responsive to any questions/concerns. we had a wonderful family vacation.

Spacious, peaceful setting for a family gathering. Clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Close to Old Man’s Cave and the wonderful beauty of the State Park. We would enjoy returning to this property again.

I have no bad words to describe my stay! The location was perfect for my work, very private, extremely clean and was exactly as described on the website. I definitely plan a return trip to stay at this property.

This was our third time there. Sharon and Charlie are great hosts! They answer quickly and are very helpful with local recommendations. They keep the firefly spotless as well! We will return again and again!

House as pictured & so quaint. 1st fl master excellent: super comfy king mattress; large bathroom w/surprise heated floors; plenty of towels & all essentials there. Spacious kitchen/dining area (watch your head on the carved entryway) w/plenty seating areas. Kitchen well stocked (but no Keurig, but a coffee maker w/ground coffee). Upstairs spacious w king bed & attached bathroom. 3rd bedroom huge w 3 single trundle beds. Perfect for teen daughter & friends. Steps to upstairs bit steep & a handrail would help us older adults. Used hot tub all 3 days (bring your own beach towels), but had trouble w outdoor propane fireplace. Used indoor one to make s’mores. Only issue I had was there was a lot of unexpected road noise (thought house further in woods & away from that). Some of wood on porch & steps worn & coming up in places. Steps down to small dock steep. Hosts gave quick responses to questions & very friendly. Would highly recommend renting this house.

Our best airbnb stay EVER! Big family outing for a special night in Hocking Hills and couldn't have stayed at a better spot. First, the pics do NOT do this place justice... the house itself is GORGEOUS. Nicest airbnb we've ever stayed at. It's not possible to describe how lovely this house was -- the layout, the special touches, the size, the extra amenities (pool table, hot tub, fooseball, etc). It was truly stunning and BIG. Second, the outdoor living arrangement is staggering -- a great deal of privacy nestled in a little holler with a huge fire pit out front surrounded by chairs, truly remarkable. Finally, the overall airbnb arrangement itself was perfection: proactive clear communication, easiest check-in ever, and every detail thought of. We want to go back and do a longer stay - we just need to figure out when! What a wonderful stay we had!

This home was beautiful and comfortable. We had a great weekend stay. Everything was immaculately clean, and we felt right at home!

This property is exactly what we were looking for…secluded, private & breathtakingly beautiful. We spent our 4 days relaxing outside….we used the amazing pool, hot tub & cold plunge daily. We explored the wooded trails they have marked out. At night we built a fire & made s’mores. Prior to arriving I purchased add ons & Keith or Raya responded to all my questions quickly. They set up a couples massage & an in cabin chef…both were AMAZING. When we arrived, check in was easy peasy & Todd was delightful to chat with. Once settled in, anytime we needed anything we just sent a text to the office & had a reply ASAP. But the most important thing to me is that is was SUPER CLEAN. I am OCD about the places we stay & even though we have stayed at many “luxury” hotels & resorts…I have never been so impressed with the cleanliness as I was with The Observatory. It was by far better than expected, so peaceful & we felt right at home. We love it so much it will now be our yearly anniversary getaway❤️

We loved our stay at Pine Villa! Everything exceeded our expectations. Everyone enjoyed the layout of the house since it gave everyone their own space but, allowed us to meet outside and enjoy family time. We all spent time on the swing, in the sauna, hot tub, and around the fire. Very close to everything Hocking Hills State Park. With an EV charger right at the house I didn't have to worry about charging as we traveled around. Thanks for a great stay and would love to visit again!

Loved this spot. Close to all the great hiking spots, beautiful home, modern, yet fit right into the surroundings. Highly recommend!

The place is truly magical! Brian was very accommodating and the location was great. Great restaurant near called kindred spirits, but you must have a reservation. Felt very at peace and like a slice of heaven would recommend anyone to stay.

Had a great girls graduation trip! Played lots of games, watched movies, pool time, had a traveling massage therapist, hiking, visited a local winery & made some yummy meals - great long weekend trip. All we could have asked for was a bit more sun shine.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The pictures online don’t do this place justice, it was gorgeous inside and out. It was kid friendly/ private and had everything we needed. Brian was great; let us get inside a few minutes early when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

If I could give Villa Rock 100 stars I would! Brian put so much love into every single detail of this place, it was so beautiful and relaxing. We will always stay here when we are in this area from now on. Villa Rock was just a few minutes from all of the hiking trails in Hocking Hills. We would be in the trails at sunrise, get back to the Rock at around ten, enjoy the hot tub and sauna, then head back out for more hiking in the evening. My fiancée and I also got engaged down here this weekend, so thank you Brian for being a huge part of our forever memorable trip!

Very cute house! My family enjoyed our stay and the scenery. The kitchen was nice for cooking meals. Great memories were made.

I was in town for work and I found myself wishing I was back at the cabin while working. It's so peaceful and the perfect place to reset and relax. I absolutely love the fact they left treats for the cows (Rosie is a DIVA). Getting to start my morning with coffee on the balcony looking at the view and hearing the birds chirp and ending my day with wine in the hot tub while it rained was exactly what I needed while traveling for work. I will only book here from here on out when I am in town for work!

This place lives up to the pictures! Plenty of room and very unique. Loved the beautiful setting to enjoy nature in the hot tub and at the campfire. Would highly recommend.

A perfect, peaceful cabin get-away! This is the best Hocking Hills location we have experienced. The cabin was clean, spacious, and surrounded by forest, with great outdoor sitting spaces. It is easy to find, although in its own secluded location. The hot tub was great. We definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy all that Hocking Hills has to offer!

We loved everything about our stay! The cabin was super clean, decorated nicely, and the location was great. We’ve never stayed at an air bnb that offered so many complimentary snacks/drinks so that was great especially for the kiddos!! We’ll definitely look to book this again the next time we visit the area.

We had a quick but great stay. Very clean comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Rachel was very helpful and even allowed us to check in early so we could get ready for a wedding. It was so appreciated. Highly recommend.
