This is a fantastic stay close to downtown Steamboat. House is exactly like the pictures and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Tasha’s. The view was spectacular, the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, and we saw the moose! Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay at Wendy’s place. Super helpful as a host. Place is about a 5-10 min walk to the gondola and included a locker and two ski valets at the base. Super helpful, especially with kids. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Wendy’s house

Amazing location to all things in Old Town Steamboat. Had a great week walking out the front door to shops & restaurants, along the river, and across to Howelsen for tubing and the ice rink. We easily drove down the street to ski but there is a bus stop a block away right across from the hot springs! Parked my van in the off-street parking around back, but mind the overhead clearance if you have an especially tall vehicle. I think we had 2 spots and the other spots were for the adjacent rental (same host) accessed from the alley. 3 upstairs rooms: 2 nice king bed rooms and another room with 2 twins. Great for visit with kids or another couple. Nice bathroom upstairs but tub is a better tub than a shower. Lower level stall shower is not for people of any type of dimensional exceptionalism. Kitchen is up to date, clean and spacious. Host was responsive across the stay, but I didn’t have much to ask besides hello, goodbye, and thanks! Great spot!

The cabin is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Each bedroom was clean and pristine and had privacy. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with amenities. The kitchen is big and had all the necessary supplies. The views are unbeatable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Yves and Megan were wonderful hosts, welcoming and going the extra mile when it came to my grocery delivery mix up to make sure I had what I needed given my late arrival. The house is a home which is apparent from the thoughtful touches throughout, fun family photos, heirloom linens, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is exceptional as it is one of the few available rentals in old town, walkable to shops and restaurants downtown and immediately accessible to the local trail system. The neighbors are friendly and most had dogs which our lab Scout thoroughly enjoyed on her daily walks on Butcher Knife and Spring Creek trails.

Great location — 5 min from ski drop off and pick up — comfy beds, and good communication. I was surprised to find that they had no kettle! But they responded to me right away, which was nice. Other reviews are correct when they say the kitchen is tiny. But they seem to have supplemented their pots and pans (there is now a strainer for pasta), and coffee (and chocolate) are provided.

We had a wonderful stay. We had 12 adults in our group and this home was perfect for groups this size. The location is amazing and is a true ski in/ski out. No off trail excursions or struggles finding the home. It’s located right on a green run with a short ride down to both gondolas. Highly recommended.

It was nice and the amenities were nice. This is a hotel/resort property. The Airbnb listing was just for booking. The hotel/resort was managing the experience from check-in to check-out. There were terms and conditions of the hotel/resort in addition to the airbnb terms and conditions. There was an additional credit card deposit upon arrival. The wi-fi was an additional charge as well. This resort does not allow pets. It’s service animals only.

My family and I had a great stay here. Salil was extremely communicative, kind, and helpful! The kitchen was fully stocked with real cook ware and seasonings, the condo was bigger than expected, and the location close to the gondola was great for skiing. Salil also provided a very helpful guide with all the information needed on the airbnb as well as recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, etc. Would definitely return here!

Plenty of space to sleep, play games, watch a movie. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen ever in an AirBnB. And the beds were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived in Steamboat about an hour before our check in time. I asked Carlos if it would be available for us to check in a little early and he was able to arrange that quickly for us. Wonderful location and host!

More than anything the location and Martin’s quick response and follow up was top notch. Not a problem for us - but good to note - unit is on a quiet 3rd floor, but no elevator.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jacque and Court’s place and they were terrific hosts. Super responsive to any questions we had. The condo had a ton of space and was really well equipped with all the essentials throughout. It’s a great location, surrounded by walk paths, trees and beautiful scenery. Also a close drive to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We would stay here again anytime. Thanks!

House was great just as listed. Ani was very responsive and we had a lovely white Christmas. Would definitely stay again when visiting Steamboat Springs.

Marcy and Dave's place was one of the most unique places we have stayed. From booking to checking out, they were wonderful through out the whole process. Driving up we were greeted by four horses, really giving us a ranch home setting. Marcy was exceptionally warm and welcoming. She explained everything very well, where things were and how to operate the "appliances". Plenty to do on the property, you can make the very short drive and explore Routt National Forest. We cooked dinner with curious cows watching us from 30 feet away and had a spectacular view of the stary sky without light pollution. The sheep wagon didn't disappoint. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable, and you couldn't beat the ambiance. When shutting the door for the last time, we didn't want to leave. If you stay here, be sure to buy some meat and/or eggs from Marcy and Dave. It comes from their ranch and makes for delicious meals.

Amazing place with lots of space (including parking spots) and privacy for our group (7 adults 1 toddler) to spread out over our 10 day stay! Fantastic location (right by drop-in childcare, short drive to town/ski!), super clean, and everything was provided (laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, coffee machine, cooking oils and spices, extra bedding, etc.). Great value!

Great place with all amenities needed for a cabin stay. Would have no problem having family here. Host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive.

This place is really close to downtown and more than close enough to the resort that we had no issues getting where we wanted in just a short drive. Wendi is a great host, the place was clean and comfy, and everything was as described. The only downside is that it is a shared, single-family house, and, as such, the people upstairs can be heard from the rental unit. This doesn't take any stars away, however, because it's advertised as a guest suite/shared home and that's the kind of thing you should expect. Would visit again!

Wonderful property and host! The home exceeded expectations! The view from the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. The home and kitchen are well stocked and contain everything needed for a lovely vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and close to the best food

Awesome place! Quiet, spacious, very comfortable 2BR condo in close proximity to the resort. Beautiful interior loved the open floor plan — open kitchen, bar plus separate dining space, and plush living area w/fireplace. Even had views of the gondola! Loved it. Kevin’s place has a great vibe and as a host he is responsive, helpful, and super nice. Would definitely stay her again although I was hoping for breakfast included as advertised stuff like milk/cream for coffee, fruit, bread, oatmeal or granola, yogurt, eggs etc. but appreciated the various cold beverages!
