The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, but still close to everything I wanted to see and do. We stayed here for a women’s retreat that I hosted. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping room for all 15 of our guests. The house was more than equipped with everything we needed for seating, cooking all of our meals and plenty of towels and linens. The setting was so beautiful and scenery to die for whether it was a cozy, rainy day inside or a beautiful, sunny hike outdoors. Make sure you read the directional instructions thoroughly as the driveway is a bit confusing, especially in the dark or the rain!

We had a great stay! The house was a little tight with 6 people, but it’s a great value for the location and what you’re paying.

The house is so much fun! Lot of room. Our favorite spot was sitting on the back porch over looking the river. It was very peaceful. Easy to find. When we had a question John was very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend the River House to our family and friends!

Al was very responsive as I had some delays with my travel plans. The place was very Nice a peaceful.

We loved our stay, it was our first time staying in an air Bnb that the owner also lives in. His personal things were not really visible, so it didn’t feel weird, like I thought it would, felt very much like a regular hotel/ air Bnb stay.the parking was great we never had a problem finding spots on the street for our rental van and pick up truck. We Uber’d to broad street and it was fine. We had a great time the place is clean, spacious and affordable. We would rent this property again.

It was a pleasure meeting Judith and Bill, and their property is in a stunning location. Everything was very clean and tidy. The accommodation would benefit from a bit more of a kitchen, as the property is quite a way from anywhere to go to eat, with the facility to clear up dishes, glasses etc. Just an observation, but this in no way detracts from the accommodation offered.

My husband, 5&3 year old children and our old lady pup Molli enjoyed a 5-night stay at Jorie’s cottage while in the area visiting family over the Easter holiday. The cottage was the perfect peaceful getaway, being in close proximity to area attractions. We definitely would recommend this cottage to anyone that needs a homier place to stay while in this area of Tennessee.

I am local to the neighborhood and needed somewhere to go on short notice due to maintence issues at my apartment. I booked this Airbnb and it was ready within minutes! Host was responsive, friendly, and polite. The listing looks just like the pictures and I was so grateful to be able to stay in a clean space in my own neighborhood! From an East Nashvillian, I recommend this listing and host!!!

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

The house was adorable. The backyard was beautiful. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Great place to stay if you have pets traveling with you! It has a fenced in back yard which is nice, but FYI that space is shared with 5 other condo units, although we never saw anyone else in the backyard when we were out there. Still very close to downtown and a nice area. Thank you!

This stay was great! The house was very accommodating to us and our kids and grandkids. The yard was amazing for our energetic dog! We were incredibly happy with the location and the close proximity to downtown. And the restaurants and pub nearby (walking distance) was a bonus.

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

Ronald’s place was wonderful! It was at the quiet end of the complex, with a nice balcony view of the river. The pool was right there and looked awesome! The grill is also on the same end. Ronald had everything we needed and the place was very clean and comfortable! The place is walkable, but has a long drive to get to the road. Once construction is complete across the street, you should be able to hop right on the Greenway trail. (This us an easy way to get to downtown.) It is very close to the baseball stadium and right within Germantown. We loved it here and will be back when we return to Nashville!

Great communication with hosts. Lots of fine walkable restaurants in the area. Downtown is accessible by public transportation.

Kevin & Kim's place met our criteria in almost every way. Place was really cool, walking distance from The Gulch and in a quiet neighborhood. There's like a party bus meeting point facing towards the main bedroom that can be loud but just when the bus is picking up people. K&K left us coffee and were very kind to our inquiries. Clean and nice place. 9.5

Kimberly's place was conveniently located, even though it was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway. She was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated us checking out late...that was a life saver really!!! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
