Vacation rentals with lake access in Ionia County

This stay lives up to all of the other positive reviews! Pam and her husband were super responsive! The home was beautiful with great views of the lake. They’ve thought of literally everything even down to all of the light switches being labeled. The space was clean and beds comfortable! The lake is just far enough from nearby towns to be private and quiet, yet close enough that you can go to places like Grand Rapids or Rockford for a nice meal, or Greenville to shop at Marshall’s! At one point, we got locked out and Pam called us and got us back in the house immediately. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and when we got back from dinner one night, Pam had left us a gift basket with all sorts of goodies to celebrate our special occasion! I cannot recommend this host and stay enough!!

Despite the short notice, our stay at this place was truly exceptional. The space was not only welcoming but also incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout our visit. Every detail contributed to a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a stay to remember. I would highly recommend this place to others and would gladly return in the future.

We used this location while attending a local wedding and we are so happy we did! This house is beautiful in addition to its view. You can tell every detail was well thought out with the guest’s stay in mind. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

A wonderful lake house for my family. The house has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there's lots of fun stuff for playing on the lake. Very comfortable inside and out. We had a great time!

Scott and Marcy's place was very relaxing - I went solo to just unwind, relax, and read. It was a very peaceful stay, and their place is extremely clean with anything you could need for a stay on the lake. The work they put in to thinking of little touches and conveniences around the house was apparent, and appreciated - they also include a very thorough list of places of interest in the area. Great hosts, with a great spot for someone wanting to kick back and relax, but also a good choice for families - there's plenty of room to spare!

Our group had a great time at Jacob's property on Gun Lake. The houses had everything we needed and were in a great central location for all activities and destinations we had planned. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking to stay on Gun Lake!

We loved waking up to the birds and the beautiful lake views. The house had everything we needed. We slept so well each night. Meredith was an amazing host. We would definitely stay again when we are visiting family in West Michigan.

We booked this property for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. We brought our 6yr son and two dogs with and had the most amazing time! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property with every amenity a small family could ask for. We spent most of our time on the back porch relaxing or on the boat…and even caught a good sized fish! Gorgeous morning views of the lake, exciting bird watching, and plenty of room for the little guy and dogs to explore. Truly a diamond in the rough nestled in a quiet corner of peace and tranquility. We can’t wait to come back!

we booked the place for a concert in Grand Rapids but wanted to have a little getaway at the same time. there was plenty of room for my friends and myself to spread out. we enjoyed sitting outside getting some sunshine and looking at the lake. it was so peaceful. the place had everything we needed. I want to come back!!!!

Communication was seamless from start to finish, and Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was conveniently located for our job site and when we had to extend he did everything to accommodated to our needs! Lovely location. Private property with view of lake. Watch out for the drive way since it dips if you have a car lower to the ground. Looks like the pictures and was clean. Comfy beds, chairs, and couch. Good for a small group and great if you need to be in this town or the surrounding area. About 20-30 minutes to other areas with good restaurants, coffee shops, and wedding venues. Very cute and comfortable. Very responsive team.

I travel for work (A LOT) so vacation rentals are a god send. But this one is one to be remembered. 1st of all Jaime is one of the most attentive gracious hosts I’ve ever experienced. It was a perfect little place for me had all I needed or wanted… kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy bed and grill. I just wish I had more time to explore. *** Pro-Tip if you need an outlet in the bathroom open the vanity mirror! Took me over a week to find and that was a happy accident! lol

We had a family gathering wanted to put family together it was perfect place for that type of occasion everything was seamless from the very beginning of checking in throughout all the way to checking out if anyone is looking for getaway with large amount of bedrooms and beds I definitely recommend thank you for being attentive host thank you again.
