This place truly feels like the perfect getaway to relax and they even have cows and chickens around the extra guest house!! It’s the perfect combination of privacy and Indiana and Ben are outside time to time but both are great conversationalists and high quality people! Indiana even coordinated with us during a two week stay nearly to save us money and was very responsive if we needed anything. The space is actually really big for just one or two people and you have your own mini kitchen and bathroom with an awesome shower head 😂 there are also some of the most beautiful waking and biking trails I’ve seen like 10 minutes away! I couldn’t have asked for a better space and better people hosting! 10/10 experience for sure 😊

Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

This was a great place to stay. Was tired of the same old hotel room. This place was very clean and private. Exactly what I was looking for.

This lovely home was exactly as described. Located near the end of a gated street, but within 20 minutes of many restaurants. It also had the best selection of kitchen supplies and the nicest washer & dryer I’ve ever seen in a rental. Sue was a pleasure to work with!! We hope to return next year.

This guesthouse is very nice. It is situated in a fairly quiet area. It is a very nice place and perfect for one or two people. Donna and Larry's house is right next door if you need anything but they give you your privacy. The home has lovely decor. The kitchen has the things you need to do your cooking and has a lot of cupboard space to store your groceries. It has a nice full size refrigerator. The shower is nice and spacious. There is a little nook you can use for reading or working from your laptop. It has a nice lanai for having your coffee, eating your meals or just relaxing. It is located close to hiking trails, Homasassa Springs State Park, 3 Sisters Springs and Inverness is short drive away. Donna and Larry are great hosts and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We (2 adults, 2 kids 4 and 8 years) had a brilliant week at Gerson’s place, and didn’t want to leave! The heated pool is fantastic and we loved fishing and kayaking off the dock. We had bbqs in the backyard and the indoors was spacious and clean. Around the area there was lots to do, we went to Crystal River, Honeymoon Island, Tampa Bay Rays Baseball and Tarpon Springs, and there was a lot more available. Sam’s restaurant 1km away on the seafront was brilliant at sunset, with great food and dolphins swimming by. We’d love to come back! It’s a special place.

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

Jessica and Steves place was great, super clean, everything and more then you would expect in a typical Airbnb rental, They were super helpful in anything we needed, Great location, we will for sure rent there again next time we are in the area

Kay was an excellent host and has a beautiful home it was perfect for me and my work crew to stay at for the week

Austin was very quick to respond to any messages and very quick to help us with any minor issues we came across. Would definitely stay at his place again for sure!

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!

Nice spot on a dead end road. close enough to ride our bikes to Hudson beach ice cream and to the beach each night for the sunset. Close to a lot of neat things to do in almost any direction. we will likely book again next year.

This is a bautiful home on a nice, quiet street that was close to the business we had to take care of in the area near Ocala. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated the home was. Our host was proactive and welcoming, and kept us totally informed from beginning to end. Had a great stay.

Paula is a great hostes. She was extra attentive and always responded quick to all messages. She was always ready to provide any extra things as needed, like additional towels or pillows. This is a beautiful and comfortable house. Very clean and with lots of space. Conveniently located. We will be back, for our next trip to Ocala!
