Our stay was amazing. The scenery was beautiful, the cabin itself was well stocked and clean and our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely be returning in the future!

This rental was absolutely perfect for our visit to the area for a wedding weekend! The separate units gave each couple their own space and privacy, but the beautiful shared space allowed us to enjoy our time as a larger group. The views on Little Wolf Pound were spectacular! The location was also perfectly central for the area, with quick drives to any desired location in the area. Reinaldo was an absolute all-star host! He was responsive, flexible, and kind!! Cannot recommend this rental highly enough!! A++++++++++++

Great place on the water! Stayed here with a large family for the winter holidays and really enjoyed the snow and frozen lake! House has plenty of room to spread out and lots of thoughtful activities for kids and adults! The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware as well. We had a problem with the heat in one room and Frances responded immediately and sent someone to fix the problem. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was just a quick ride outside of town and very easy to find! Plenty of space for our family and we were able to enjoy a movie on the big screen downstairs! The kitchen was well stocked as well as towels and blankets so the kiddos could cuddle up near the fireplace! We will keep you on our list for future visits to Old Forge! Thank you The Russo Family!

Jon was easy to work with and always helpful. Everything is as described. We skied Mt Gore and it's a nice 15-20 minute drive in beautiful countryside. I imagine the place is extra beautiful in the summer in front of the lake. We were there with lots of snow. Jon's plow guy was prompt and courteous and helpful. Overall it was a great stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time! Larry is very sweet, gave us a tour, offered to help with docking our boat and even offered my husband the tools to fix the bunk on our trailer. The house is big and beautiful!! Very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need!! The hot tub is definitely a bonus as we used it everyday!! The dock was perfect, we had room for our pontoon boat and jet skis. All around the perfect place for some R&R!!! My family and I love Cossayuna Lake as we are semi local and it was our first experience with an Airbnb. Thank you Larry for sharing your home!! Highly recommend this for your next vacation!!

We had a great stay! This place was everything we wanted for our long weekend getaway! So comfortable and really had that Adirondack feel, especially relaxing in the living room space. The deck and area out front facing the water are beautiful, and if the weather was nicer, we would’ve certainly taken advantage of it more. It’s a really great location very close to the town of Old Forge. Will definitely be booking again! Thanks Mark!!

I have been coming up to the area since I was young, but it was my wife’s first trip to the Adirondacks. I wanted to show my wife all of the special places my dad took me when i was little. I managed to show her some of the other spots before we checked in, and I’m glad I did, because once we arrived at the air bnb, we were home. It took little time to realize that we were spending the entire trip on the lake and at the camp. To try to put it in perspective, we woke up each morning while it was still dark to make sure we could watch the sun rise above the lake each morning (and get some prime fishing time in). The cabin itself is well maintained, and very charming. Ona was very responsive and an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous, quaint, rustic Adirondack cabin like something you see in the magazines. Literally ON the water. The Hide-A-Way cottage property has tons of things to do! Great for a family trip. Location is on a serene, quiet lake but close to Lake George village if you want more activity. Host was excellent and very informative.

The house was absolutely perfect and was exactly as advertised. Catherine did an amazing job with all the personal touches to the house that made us feel right at home and was super responsive. We would definitely rent her place again. Thank you!!!

This is my family's second stay at Jeff's listing. It is our absolute favorite trip we now look forward to taking each year. The house is even more beautiful and peaceful in person than in the photos. Jeff was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was spotless upon check in and had all the amenities we could ever want/need. I can't wait to come back!

The place was very clean, and looked just like the pictures. This cabin isn't on the water and you had to walk through other campsites to get to the water. I knew this though from looking at other reviews. Definitely need an 4WD especially in the winter. It was beautiful and everybody we talked to were super nice!

What a hidden gem!! Everything was wonderful and the location is amazing. A little hard to find, but worth it because it was private. TVs did work well but we weren’t there to watch TV. The place was clean and it had EVERYTHING we needed. It had every pot, pan and spice you could ever ask for. Plenty of seating, rooms were nice, porch was amazing. Plenty of places to sleep. We would absolutely go back anytime!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Where do I start...from before I arrived, up until my departure...Joanne was attentive in every way possible. All my questions were answered with an immediate response. The home was extraordinary. The effort Joanne has put in to making it just like home shows. With an abundance of whimsical touches. Up until the day I left, I would see a new thing. As if the enchanting home wasn't enough, the back patio is a place of serenity...with the sounds and view of the river extraordinary. I could go on and on, but I will just say, "it was the best vacation I have ever had". One word describes this Airbnb...AMAZING!!!🩷. I will return next year! Wonderful location, loved the space down by the lake with the dock. Kayaks and SUP were available for use as well as firewood. Home was clean and pet friendly.

Everything as described. Easy to find. Easy parking. Private and well equipped. Host quick to respond.

Leslie and Chris' home was amazing. Everything from the house decor to the beautiful landscaped outdoors, you felt like you escaped somewhere magical. The home is packed with everything you would need or want -- games for the kids, extra towels, each and ever bbq utensil you'd need. We made use of so many wonderful amenities - the wood fired sauna, the pizza oven, the grill and more. What really made this place special was Leslie and Chris' hospitality -- from the welcome basket to the routine check-ins. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt as comfortable as possible.

We stayed at Judi’s house (6 adults & 2 kids) for the weekend & had the absolute best time. Easy to find, clear & easy instructions, & Judi is so nice! The views/location and amenities made for the perfect relaxing weekend, while also being a short drive from Lake Placid. We wouldn’t have changed a thing, & would definitely recommend/return!

One of the most accommodating airbnbs I have ever stayed at. From the granola bars in a basket, to different types of coffee, to all the spices available, to even having different shower products. The cabin itself was wonderful and serene, but more than that Don was incredibly kind and helpful for the duration of my stay. He respected my privacy while also being available whenever needed and very communicative. He would check up on me as I was solo traveling but also recommending spots to eat or hike and telling stories of a life well lived. His friendliness never waivered, even letting me borrow crampons and a giant thermos for when some unexpected snow hit. Every aspect of my stay was incredible and a large part of that has to do with how amazing of a host and person Don is. I very much intend on returning after the experience I had!

Words cannot express how beautiful the cabin and property are. Everything is perfect. It’s the perfect location for a ski/board trip to Gore. The cabin is nestled on a hill, totally secluded. Very private location. The property has a trail which has a stream trickling by. Everything in the cabin works. You’ll need food, that’s about it. If your lucky to find this place open to rent, well then your lucky.

First of all the pictures for this place don’t do it justice! It’s a beautiful home and way bigger than we expected! We had a great weekend at John’s place and can’t wait to comeback and stay again.
