House was beautiful! Host was very friendly and helpful. Close to stores but far enough away to just chill. Fantastic stay! Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Yuma.

Nice pool. Enjoyed barrel smoking meats on the grillmaster and swimming all day. Would like off-street parking next time….though not a big restriction to the experience. Will be rebooking throughout the summer while nearby for work.

This place is a great find for yuma. This is our second stay here. House is huge, yard is great for dogs and the pool you cant beat. We really enjoy staying here. We spent all our time outdoors for the holiday weekend and thats exactly why we picked this place. The yard, pool, kitchen area are all great. Our stay was slow and perfect and the house made us feel at home.

My wife and I highly recommend Kimberly’s place! The house was super clean and very spacious! The kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own food. The pool area is super awesome! The outdoor kitchen is also super awesome! Kimberly is very quick to respond! Kimberly’s pictures and description are also very accurate, this is many times not the case!

Always love to stay at Chris’ homes, they are so clean, decor is immaculate, and the responsiveness is unmatched! We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Property was perfect for a weekend fishing tournament on the river. Quick access to the boat ramp. We got lucky with parking, as no one else was using the dirt lot beside property, as its first come, first in. Local bar & grill within walking distance to property. Excellent location for a weekend fishing trip.

We came down for a sporting event. Susana provided clear instructions about the home. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. I asked if there were coffee filters and she even followed up the next day if we needed more filters and coffee. That was very nice. The home is in a new tract and a Walmart Superstore is in a short walking distance. If I come back to Yuma I would definitely stay here again.

Petronella is an attentive host, checking to see if all is well during our stay. The four seasons home is very well thought out. Upon walking in it is cozy and inviting. The living room has games for the family and a smart tv with access to many streaming services. Of course, WiFi access! The kitchen has everything needed: pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and glasses and mugs. My husband is picky about coffee, but he really loved the coffee provided. Thank you for that thoughtful touch! Since we were there at the beginning of May, the weather was great for sitting in the well decorated backyard, with plenty of seating. The bedrooms are all creatively decorated, with comfortable beds and specific colored towels for each room. This helps with towel identification! I would not pass on this affordable hidden gem in Yuma! We love this place! Next time we visit, hopefully this home is available!

Chaitan was so cordial and nice. She was great. My brother forgot his laptop and she immediately notified us, my brother returned and retrieved it right away. The home is super clean and it has everything you would need. We really loved this place. Worth every cent!!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The space was very clean and comfortable. Each room had its own tv so that was a plus. The location was great, close to the downtown shops and the mall was only a 5 min drive. We also appreciated how spacious the kitchen was. Our host was amazing as well, he responded fast and always made sure we felt comfortable. Overall 10/10, we will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay in Yuma thanks to Adell. She was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything- which wasn’t much because the house had basically everything for a comfortable long term stay. We were here for a month and in addition to comfy beds, extra sheets & towels, and day to day necessities the kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware, hand towels, food storage, etc. The house is decorated nicely and the backyard is very private and relaxing. One strange thing about the house was the lack of any cold water but we figured that was due to the water source possibly being stored above ground? (It was very hot during our stay) The AC worked well, we were given a garage door opener as well as a front door key, and the neighborhood was quiet. We highly recommend staying here for short or long term!

Bombay Beach is a great and unique place and this house was very comfortable and roomy and convenient -- if you want to come her you should -- also Sunny was a super host, very reachable, able to solve anything that came up.

There was plenty of room for three women and the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and supplies you may need. We didn't cook any meals in the home, but it appeared to have all of the basics and more! We didn't even turn on the big TV during our stay, as we were too busy catching up. We all felt very safe in the area. Thanks Andrea!
