We really liked the location, the place had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and watching people walk by on their way downtown.

We had the absolute best time staying at this beautiful home in Palm Springs! It was perfect for our girls trip — spacious, stylish, and so thoughtfully put together. Every detail was just right, from the cozy, comfortable bedrooms to the stunning outdoor space where we spent most of our time relaxing and catching up. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and even more gorgeous in person than in the photos. The location was ideal — close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and private. Our host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Palm Springs getaway!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The host and the property manager were fabulous and quickly answered the few questions I had. The lovely home is so well appointed. While the interior has been beautifully updated, the star of the show is the view--a breathtaking view of the mountains over a tee box and your own pool and spa in the backyard. The home has easy access to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. We loved going to downtown to eat at Las Casuelas Terraza and Farm. My family and I would definitely try to stay at this property on future trips to Palm Springs!

Will’s place was perfect! Loved my stay here. It had all the amenities I needed and the pool access was great for the high temperatures during my stay. The complex is generally quiet so it was easy to find relaxation. This place also had great natural lighting and the rooms were very comfortable, warm & inviting. My favorite part is the fact that both Trader Joe’s AND Target were within walking distance which is a plus when traveling. Would definitely recommend and book again! Thanks Will :)

Our stay was amazing. We did a family trip to Palm springs and this house was absolutely perfect and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The house was in a great location, close to everything. The place was very clean and the pool area was huge with plenty of space to enjoy the sun. The hosts were great at communicating, with clear instructions and fast response times. I would 10/10 recommend this place to stay if visiting Palm Springs. We will be back

We had a great stay! Condo was just as described, the pool was super close to the unit which we enjoyed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed to enjoy our meals! Thank you 😊 For festival goers, this location was only 7 mins from our shuttle pick up location which was great!

Fantastic stay and super clean. A walk from the town and just an overall cozy amazing stay! The private hot tub and outdoor fire was an awesome addition.

This place felt cozy and felt like home. Since we have little ones they loved the theater room. Watched lots of movies and lots of popcorn. Bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. This place is on top of our list for future getaways.

Brian was extremely responsive, and replaced the sun umbrella as needed very quickly.Also, the kitchen appliances were in top shape , and we used the ice maker daily! Finally, we appreciated some seasonings and coffee were available. I know not to always expect such, but that was a nice surprise!

Great place to stay. The home itself is awesome with a pool, spa, and mini golf. Inside is cool and modern but still comfy. Location is convenient for exploring the area. Very responsive host!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Our stay here was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for — the thoughtful touch of having non-alcoholic beverages ready for us made a lasting impression and set the tone for a safe and restorative stay. The linens were fresh, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail matched (or exceeded) the description provided. The toiletries were high quality, and we were especially impressed with the washing essentials provided for clothing — such a helpful amenity. Communication was seamless, with super fast and kind responses whenever we had a question. Overall, a true 10 out of 10 experience. We are so grateful for the hospitality and are already looking forward to staying here again!

The property was beautiful and Ben was proactive with responding. The jacuzzi was really nice. The neighbor came up once to tell us trash was blowing out of the trash cans (not sure how that happened) which kind of startled us just a heads up.

Casa Rosario was an awesome place to spend our fourth anniversary. Everything was as described in the description given. We were happily surprised by the dual balconies, front and rear. We will absolutely book Casa Rosario again if she will have us!

This was our second stay at Michelle’s beautiful home. We love the location, the layout of the home (we are a family of four with two kids under the age of five, so three bedrooms tucked in one corner of the house works great) and the abundant natural light. We feel comfortable and right at home in her space. We will definitely return for future Palm Springs getaways!
