The tiny house is located in a local campground with a super clean community bath house and laundry for longer stays. It's a quiet, friendly area.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. From the first moment, communication with the host was fast, friendly and very clear. The accommodation exceeded my expectations: it was impeccably clean, well decorated and had all the details that make the difference (fresh towels, cookware, hot water, good wifi signal, etc.). The location was also perfect, close to everything you need and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. In addition, the care and affection that the host puts into every detail of the place was noticeable. I definitely felt right at home. I recommend this place 100% and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Jeanne went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were in town for a surprise party and had family members coming from all over. She provided extra blow out mattresses and the kids loved being all together. The fresh eggs were wonderful my husband loved them so much we bought dozens of them to take home. House is cozy and comfortable and we are already planning on staying again next family get together.

Our stay was fantastic!!!! Walking distance to Suwanee Belle. Which is a MUST if in Fanning Springs area. Home was pleasant inside and out. Two grills, outdoor furniture, fans, can’t recommend this stay enough. It was all pleasant!!!!

Aydee and Javier were incredible hosts. Their cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy - perfect for our weekend kayaking trip. The location of the cabin was perfect; on a ton of land which made it very peaceful. Aydee was very quick to respond and even came by to introduce herself which was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you're aiming to take advantage of the endless outdoor activities the area has to offer. Thank you again, Aydee + Javier, we will certainly be back!
