Lorraine is a fantastic host. She made me feel right at home and was always responsive and helpful. The loft is a peaceful, private space in the house. The house is conveniently located on a beautiful block near shopping, restaurants, and the PATH.

All in all I highly recommend Churchill and all their Apt. in this building. The location is very good. They are easy to work with and the building is really nice and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right utensils; we even did Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner there, no problem. There is a Whole Foods up the street, a Shoprite behind the building and CVS and a full Mall across the street. Pretty much anything you need is a short walk or drive. The gym is smallish and short on equipment so not great for workout freaks like me, make sure you have your Calisthenic routines ready or workout at off hours. Our biggest complaint was that the mattress had some kind of foam core rather than a better mattress with springs & pads. It didn't ventilate body heat well. My partner and I are heavy duty workout freaks and we "run hot" body temperature wise; I was often sweating and not that comfortable. But all in all I would definitely rent there and from Churchill again.

The apartment is very nice, cosy, and functional. And it is in a quiet street not too far. Having private parking is a definite plus. We used it as a base to visit our son in Jersey City and for daily sojourns to New York City and surroundings. The instructions from the host were super clear and there were no problems at all. Definitely recommend it.

The place was easy to find and just as described. Clean, quiet, and private. Great for working professionals or for someone who just needs a room. The worst part was the parking situation. There is very limited parking and always struggled to find one nearby especially during off work hours so beware. The host is very friendly and responsive.
