Beach house vacation rentals in Holmes Beach

We had a fantastic time at Michael and Denzil’s place! This was our second time in AMI. We stayed for a week with 6 adults and a toddler and had more than enough space for everyone to have their own room and not feel like we were on top of each other either. The home is very comfortable, clean, and has lots of natural light. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and that we were walking distance to the beach (which wasn’t very busy, it felt private). We loved the pool and backing on to the lagoon too - we did a little fishing and went for a swim everyday. We really appreciated getting a 1:00 PM check in as we were coming in from the airport with a toddler due for a nap! We would 100% book with Michael and Denzil again, we love AMI! Thank you so much!

Very beautiful house within easy walking distance to the beach. It was very clean and the check in and out process was easy. My family and I had a great time. The beaches were beautiful and just a short walk from the house. The pool in the back yard was private and perfect for my family. The decor and landscaping was great! I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect!

Amy's beautiful oasis on Anna Maria Island was the perfect spot for a relaxed, beach vacation! We had a mellow bachelorette party spent on the beach at Bean Point during the day and spent our evenings eating home-cooked dinners on the beautiful porch at Amy's before a nighttime pool dip to cool off. Can't recommend this spot enough!

First time visit to AMI & it was beyond amazing. The house was so clean & just as described. Outdoor space had fantastic ambiance & plenty of space for a family of 7. Had some other family vacationing there as well, and they spent the whole time at our house because they said it was 1000 times better than where they were staying. Owners were so friendly, quick to respond & just overall welcoming & accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent location for a family vacation! A one minute walk to the beach and within about 10 minutes from the outer points of the island. The home a comfortable and very roomy for a family. Our family hopes to return again!

We loved our stay at Mike and Wendy’s bnb. Fantastic location with walking distance to the beach, the kids loved the pool which was kept very clean. The house was clean and comfortable, very home-y and did not feel like a rental, it felt like you were staying with a friend who lived there year round. Each room has its own bathroom which was very nice!

Had a great vacation in a beautiful well kept home! Perfect location- just steps from the beachfront! Restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream very close by. Home has nice touches with the decor and little things that made our stay very relaxing. There is plenty of beach gear (boogie boards , chairs, umbrella and more). Also arrived to a nice welcome basket! Grandsons had a lot of fun playing ping pong when we weren’t at the beach. Fawn and Kevan were great hosts - very friendly and quick to respond as needed.

3 couples Spent 9 days of pure relaxation in this charming beach home with the best homey beach vibes and decor. The home is bright and Sunny with a private backyard that looks straight through the garage port to the beautiful ocean waters right from the pool when the garage door is open. The whole front of the house has a beautiful view. Great for sitting out on the deck and people watching . We could even see dolphins out there swimming from the house. All kinds of thoughtful personal touches and amenities were taken into consideration when thinking of guests and their vacation needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again in the future. We felt right at home.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Florida home! Absolutely loved our time here! The property was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The outdoor space was perfect, with a private pool/hot tub and landscaping that made it feel like a personal oasis. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was super responsive and friendly, making sure everything went smoothly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun Florida escape!

As they say, location, location, location! Only a few minutes from the beach, Curt's house was a great place to stay for our Girl's Trip! Many in our group went to the beach two or three times a day, so the location was perfect. We also liked that it was in a residential area, so the traffic and noise wasn't bad at all. It was also very close to a southbound Trolley stop. The beds were comfy, and many a night we spent outdoors enjoying the seating area he has downstairs. He had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few bikes for use. Plus, two fishing poles with some tackle. Also, the new washer and dryer were great, and with five ladies, we needed them! His recommendation of Hurrican Hanks was great, and we ended up going there twice. We also loved The Donut Experience on Pine St in Anna Maria. One early morning we even saw a Possum wandering the neighborhood. Overall it was a perfect spot for our beach vacation. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! The home was very welcoming and spotless. The quality of all kitchen amenities were outstanding, by far one of the best kitchens of all the places we have rented. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. We loved the King sized beds in every room. The backyard is beautiful, private and peaceful. The pool and hot tub were the selling point for this Airbnb! The neighborhood was quiet yet still very close to several stores. The drive to local beaches was ~15-20 minutes. We were provided with various pool and beach items that we could use - all which were great quality. Our host Rosa was wonderful. Her response time was quick and she made sure everything was up to par. She resolved issues quickly, which we are thankful for.

Our family had a great time! The house and pool are awesome. And the location is great! Walk to the beach, the Ugly Grouper, bait shop, convenience store, fresh seafood store, etc. Hosts are proactive but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

First time to AMI and it did not disappoint! The island is so cute, the beaches/water are amazing, and this house was the icing on the cake!!! JUST WOW! This house is just GORGEOUS! It’s so private, the landscaping is so beautiful you feel like you’re in the jungle. Very spacious, beautiful layout, the decor is so cute in every space. Such an awesome kitchen, balconies are so nice! Great game room, we played pool every night. The rooftop is SO COOL, the 360 degree view of the island is unreal. Watched both the sunrise and sunset, highly recommend! Pool and hot tub were so nice with plenty of shade. Loved all the spaces to sit on the pool deck and the dock/being on the canal was so nice. We saw so many birds including a wild turkey and even had daily visits from a raccoon who came to drink from the pool! We took advantage of the kayaks and paddled the inlets and even saw manatee. Honestly this place is so magical we had the best stay and we didn’t want to leave. Hope to return again!

Stayed with six people ages 60yrs- 3yrs old. Location was great for everyone. Host was extremely responsive and reached out several times to ensure things were going well. They were able to recommend restaurants for our stay. Loved the location with the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Our 3 year old was begging to be in the pool 24/7. Was a great stay all around!

Stephanie's place met all our expectations based on the description and prior reviews. The location is fantastic. Stephanie's communication and responsiveness was exceptional. The unit has everything you would expect in a fully stocked apartment.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s Airbnb! Great location, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants around. We plan on coming back!

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

Easily one of the best Airbnb stays that we’ve had. The photos don’t do it justice, it looks like one of the popular home decor magazines. Everything you could think of was available. From the appliances to the linens, everything was high-end. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Bradenton!
