Vacation rentals in Historic Nye Beach

Our family has been coming to the Oregon coast for many years and this place was the best yet! Plenty of space and sleeping options for our family of 6. Well stocked and so many unique features. Our favourites included movie nights on the pull out couch, dinner around this really cool table, game night upstairs in the loft, and cute hoodies to borrow of all sizes! There was also lots of suggestions around the place of what to do and see. We have already booked next year’s trip here! Thank you Carole’s Loft for the great week!

Had an amazing few days in Depoe Bay. Peaceful and relaxing. Loved the view from both inside and out on the deck. Very comfortable bed. It was very stormy so we liked the heat from the gas fireplace. Enjoyed the recommendations for meals; Tidal Raves in Depoe Bay was spectacular and the BBQ at Eats and Treats in Philomath was a great find.

The best aspect of this place is the location. It is within walking distance of several good restaurants, is very close to an excellent grocery store, an art center, and one of the great walking beaches on the Oregon coast. The kitchen is well appointed; we had what we needed to make tasty meals. This is a studio, so your kitchen and bedroom are in the space. This was not a problem, however, and I enjoyed watching the waves from the comfortable king sized bed. Netflix served fine for entertainment and we heard little noise from neighbors. All in all a really nice Thanksgiving getaway.

Nice place with a beautiful view, and within walking distance to a handful of delicious restaurants! The place was well stocked with board games, books, and kitchen items which was perfect for our stay. I would recommend this place for sure if you need a spot in Newport with things to do and easy beach access!

This home is just as advertised; well kept, peaceful, and beautiful. The river was amazing and the home was just the right size for our family of 4. We saw otters, seals, and some salmon in the river. The hot tub was perfect and the weather was great so we were able to use the chiminea! The home had everything we needed and was so convenient; it was very well done and clean inside. Thank you for the great stay!

So much love and care has gone into this sweet place with an absolutely stunning view of the coast. The cottage is truly unique and so comfortable - like stepping into a family vacation home - with books and art plus all of the essentials. The location is perfect - quiet other than the roar of the ocean and just a minute or two from all that Nye Beach has to offer. Both Ken, the owner whose drawings grace the walls, and Gina, the property manager, are kind and responsive.

The Salacia Chalet was a wonderful place to stay with a small group. We really enjoyed the windows and view, as well as the kitchen and dining table for cooking dinner as a family. We found That the upstairs "rooms" were smaller than anticipated, but we're a cozy group, so it was all right on our end. The deck was super cool to come out on, but the drop below can be quite striking due to the erosion, so anyone scared of heights should be warned. The stars were LIMITLESS, though, so it was a beautiful sight. Thanks for a lovely stay.
