Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Historic District, St. Augustine

Maravillosa estancia, nos sentimos tan bien como en casa, la ubicación perfecta cerca del Centro histórico y numerosos restaurantes. La casa muy acogedora, con amplios departamentos y una piscina fascinante, de las mejores que hemos disfrutado en otras reservaciones. En la casa no faltaron comodidades, la cocina muy amplia y con todos los utensilios necesarios. La limpieza fue excelente y todo estaba impecable. Nancy es una gran anfitrion y siempre estuvo pendiente de todo. Mi familia se sintió muy a gusto en la casa y en otra ocasión volveríamos a rentarnos.

We had a great time at Derek’s! The guest house was particularly amazing and cozy! The main house had plenty of space and was stocked with amenities. The only thing I’d note is that the pool doesn’t have a railing, which made it difficult for our parents to get in and out. But we loved the grill and firepit and having a tv outside. It was the perfect backyard for a weekend away. A Publix is right down the street too! We would definitely stay here again!

Place was perfect for 4 couples. We all had plenty of space and the location was not too far off the beaten path. We decided to rent bikes as downtown and historic areas were quite a bit away, luckily it was about a 15 min walk to the bike rental. Our host was very responsive and accommodating.

Very nice and peaceful ! Very Spacious ! Front and back yard . We loved the antiques . We even did some s’mores in the back . They have a lot of amenities which was very helpful for me . The only thing was there were no TVs in the bedrooms, but that wasn’t a big deal. They will be getting some soon . Hopefully before we come back to visit 😊. Everything was great, but the communication did leave some to be desired. We would love to stay here again if/when we go back to St. Augustine.

Maya was EXTREMELY responsive, answered all my questions within minutes of sending her a message. The place was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The outside space was perfect for a family gathering. The pool and ability to dine outdoors and grill out (on a nice clean Weber Grill) was a highlight. The place accomodated our group of 8 perfectly. The living space provided a nice space for game night and eating our meals together. I would highly recommend this place. It was a quick easy walk to a very quiet, pretty beach. We will stay here again.

Amazing place to stay! If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you will love driving on the beach at the inlet(2 left turns and 2 minutes). If not, it's a 5 minute walk. You can see historic downtown St Augustine from the beach inlet. The house was amazing. We had a smoke detector battery go bad and started to chirp, we sent a message to the host and had it taken care of within an hour! Amazing host and responsiveness! I would highly recommend this stay!

Host was very responsive and the house was very nice. The train woke the kids up a little early but on the second day i used the floor fan they provided and it didn’t happen again.

We went to St. Augustine’s for my 21 birthday we loved the accommodations. Mrs. Stevie was always ready to help us with anything we needed. She even bought us a pizza the first night there! The house was so cozy and homey feeling. The fuzzy covers were conveniently place for comfort. It was within walking distance to pretty much everything which was a huge plus. We would definitely go back if given the chance!

If you are looking for a place to stay with character and charm in the middle of all historic St. Augustine offers, this is the place! We walked the entire historic area, Flagler College, museums, and the marina. We never used our car after we arrived and it was tucked away behind the house in the secure private driveway. I made an error when I booked the unit and didn’t discover it for a few days but when I shared my mistake with Shannon she exceeded expectations and made it right for us. What a bonus to know you are doing business with someone who has integrity and a kind heart. Thank you again Shannon!

Place was great, loved having enough seating . Was clean, had all we needed and owner was very responsive and nice, great communication.

Charles and Fayes places was perfect in every way. Specious apartment and the porch was a perfect place to sit out on after a busy day. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit St. Augustine.

My family and I had a great stay at this condo while exploring the Saint Augustine Area and enjoyed the beach and local restaurants all within walking distance. Great location and amenities!

We enjoyed our trip to Florida and David was so nice and his house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, it provides us easy access to the beach and shopping areas. Thanks again David
