Great last minute find since our last Airbnb didn’t work out because of mice. Great location for a visiting trip since it is right next to the airport. It is super clean and a great spot for just you or another person. Definitely worth the price.

Terrific location for my purposes : SD Public library is a three minute walk. Private entrance is fantastic. It’s a very modern functional space. The only thing was a blind broken/missing upstairs so there was a lot of light in the bedroom. At this price I think that might have been fixed before our stay but those things happen and we hung a sheet over the window! Otherwise no reservations. The parking is well worth if and John was responsive!

Ignat was a good host. He was responsive and very proactive from booking. He was very detailed with directions, instructions and suggestions. The apartment was very comfortable and cozy. Everything we needed was available and very convenient. There was designated parking, washer and dryer and a coffee machine. He also provided coffee, cream and sugar, if needed. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Stayed for 9 days in Nick's San Diego location during a conference at the Convention Center. This place was a great choice. The location is excellent: close to restaurants and bars in Little Italy, and just a 10-minute Uber ride to the Convention Center, which made things very convenient. The apartment worked really well for two people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which gave us plenty of privacy. One of the rooms has a sofa that converts into one or two beds. I’m 6’4”, so I opted for the master bedroom, which was perfect. The space was very clean, felt modern and fresh, and was well soundproofed, we weren’t disturbed by any noise from neighbors or the street. On some of the busier nights, there was a dedicated security guard at the entrance, but the area itself felt very safe overall. There's also a 7-Eleven just across the street, which was super handy. Nick was great, very helpful and responsive, even though we didn’t need to communicate much during the stay.

Perfect location right on mission beach, and we loved the close vicinity to our favorite restaurants! It also came with sand toys & amenities for our toddler which was a huge plus. Only thing that could have made the stay any better is a broom to use, as the sand does start to accumulate after many days at the beach. Overall though, 10/10!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. We had an awesome time here! We loved the location right by the beach as well as being within walking distance from lots of activities, shopping and restaurants in Ocean Beach. We also loved being just a short car ride away from downtown San Diego. Everything was as advertised in the listing and we had no complaints or issues.

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

Enjoyed our stay so much. Paolo was a great host. You literally have everything you need here. The bed was so comfortable. The balcony was so cute and the natural lighting and all the windows was amazing to have. Would stay here again!!

Had a great stay! The lock of the main door is a bit strange and should be replaced, as well as the pillows of the bed, these should also be replaced. Otherwise, was nice and I would stay here again.

Judith’s place was perfect for our stay. For the sample, we brought kitchen equipment from NJ with us because we usually need it when we stay at other places. But Judith’s place had everything plus more than we expected. We left all the equipment in our car!! lol.😆

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Has everything I need ! Ian was very quick to respond with any questions and the place was very clean and comfortable!
