Really nice place to stay at. Very clean.

This is a nice, clean condo with some resort amenities in a community that provides golf opportunities if that's what you like. The development's resort amenities are still in the growth stage as of this writing (April 2025), meaning that the restaurant has shorter hours and a smaller menu than may be desired, and the off-development dining options in Ave Maria are somewhat limited. Its a long-ish drive back and forth to Naples to find larger commercial centers.

Everything was better than we expected! We booked this house at the last minute because the community pool at our home was closed for repairs and we had 3 grandchildren visiting!. Our principal requirement was A POOL- but we got so much more! The home was easy to find, the communication with the host made entry quick and easy and the place was spotless and larger than we anticipated. The kids spent hours in the pool, we cooked and ate without hunting for the right utensils - we had everything we needed. This was the absolute perfect place! Great home, great amenities and a great host.

Alvaro and Helen's home is wonderful! It is so understated in the listing description and the pictures. From the moment you step through the courtyard doors you know you're in for something special, truly a LUX home. The home is appointed with high quality EVERYTHING. From decor to coffee machines. You really feel like you are staying at a top five start retreat. The house has little touches and comforts that you don't get at a five star hotel which make it even better. There are items for children, for adults and even pets. It was hard to believe this home was pet friendly, it was one of the very cleanest Airbnb's I have ever stayed in. The host's are absolutely amazing as well. Extremely responsive, kind and generous. They have taken the time to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. If you book this home, you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

we loved Thomas's place on the canal! The place was private and had everything you could possibly need. we absolutely loved it. The neighborhood was friendly and it was a beautiful spot on the canal.

Bed was very comfy. Rendal's place had all the necessities we needed plus some we didn't use even a travel mug to bring coffee with me in the morning. When we had a question Rendal answered us right away. Great TV in the living room and bedroom.

Amazing place!! We just returned from staying at this beautiful home. It was spotless and had plenty of space for everyone and has everything you need. The pool area was our favorite and so spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We have been to Ave many times and this house was the best one we have stayed in. Sarah was an amazing host. She accommodated us our entire time. The golf cart needed some service and she immediately rented us one for the entire stay. She also helped us with an early check in and late checkout around our flight times. She was always very responsive to any questions and replied almost immediately. We had a great stay and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We had a great trip and are already planning a return.

great house and great host!

We had such a great time. The location was very private and the hosts were very responsive with any questions that we had. We were able to take walks every day. There were a few parks nearby. The town of Labelle was small yet busy with through traffic. The Honey store was a great stop for a sweet treat. We visited Roosters on route 80 for amazing produce and homemade salsa. We saw and heard many different types of animals both at sun rise and at sunset; the Florida room was great to sit and just listen. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill almost every night and had a few campfires on the nights where it was cool enough. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.

Russhelle and her husband were gracious hosts! The home was extremely nice and exactly as photographed. She was extremely responsive and proactive in her instructions as far as parking and how to enter the home. Great stay! Would stay again.

Beautiful home in a great town walking distance to daily Mass and many things to do in the area. Maria was such a sweet, gracious hostess! Stayed here while we visited our son at Ave Maria University and we are so thankful she allowed us to stay in her home!

We loved the home we stayed at. It had a beautiful dock where we fished a little. The yard was perfect for the two boats and vehicles. The home was nice and clean. Beds were comfy. We will definitely be back .

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting family in the area. Very close to restaurants and stores. Quiet neighborhood and peaceful. House was very clean and had pots, pans, towels, and spacious kitchen and living room. Delia was fast to respond.

My family and I enjoy the place because is in point the living room the bathroom, the private living home the kitchen, the dining room, the porch the backyard very large. We don’t stay too long but we enjoy the house is a very quiet community.

I have been using Airbnb for several years. And this is the nicest place I've ever stayed. Everything was provided right down to laundry detergent. Everything in it was brand new. Everything!!! It was perfect for me even though it is out in the middle of nowhere. However, the small town of Ave Maria had everything I could want, including nice restaurants a Publix. 10 out of 10!
