I enjoyed my stay at Timothy’s place. It is quiet and comfortable and in a nice location. Timothy is a good host with excellent communication. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The apartment was both clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations. The host was commendable for their easygoing communication and supportive attitude, making the stay hassle-free.

Yandel's AirBnb was great. Incredible location in Washington Sq West with close access to all the restaurants, Convention Center, Old City and Rittenhouse. It is a lively area with bars and a hospital but none of the nightlife was too loud. It was totally as-described so we did not feel any surprises. It was clean, spacious and had a well-supplied kitchen for my family of 3. Host or someone on his team responded within 30 minutes of every message, helped facilitate an early checkin for me which I appreciate. The challenges of the location were the parking and 4 flights of stairs but these were known in advance so we planned accordingly. Would definitely stay again!

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

Staying with Barbara was an experience that felt less like being at an Air BNB and more like staying with a friend. She is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person who went above and beyond to make our stay special. This has been our favorite stay by far and we will absolutely be staying with Barbara again if we’re ever in the area.

We loved staying at Dr.K’s. Parking is always a concern in Wilmington, but Dr.K noted there was parking with no limitations just a block away. That in itself made my day. There was some confusion about the heating system, but once we conquered that all was great. Kitchen is well-stocked, bed is very comfortable, dresser space is ample. We look forward to staying here again.

The place was amazing. The check-in process was seamless, the instructions were clear and the building was easy to get into, and the doorman was extremely helpful. I loved the location as well. The space was perfect, very spacious and had every amenity you could need. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked with any amenity we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wow... What a wonderful, private little oasis in the urban West Philly area near Penn. Clean and cozy, restaurants and shops in walkable distance, and hop skip and a jump from Center City. Plus.. The absolutely sublime outdoor space.. A garden oasis with hammock and night lights that can make you feel like you are on a Carribean hideaway. Street parking is based on luck, but we had great luck. We will be back in the Summer for sure. If you have little kids maybe bring a portable baby gate for the stairs.. But otherwise a perfect spot, good value, responsive host, and a great getaway.

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Dawn's place. Dawn's home looks even better in person and was very clean and neat. Dawn is a great host. We appreciated Dawn's hospitality with complementary snacks, coffee, and tea. Dawn's welcome book was well organized with clear instructions and great local recommendations that were minutes away. The location is nice and private. I highly recommend Dawn's place and would love to book again in the future.

Beautiful home in an awesome location. We traveled for my sister’s graduation at UPenn and we’re looking for something away from the city and found this place around 30 min away. Loved the area, home had 3 floors with bedroom on all levels. Loved the area and home.

For a first time visiting Philly, I couldn't have asked for a better place. Modern upgrades in a historic shell, this property fit everything I was expecting. Highly recommend!

Becky & Wally's place was exactly as described - a great, cosy family home with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space if you're travelling with a large family. I was attending my brother's wedding with a few guests it was the perfect location to be the "hub" of all the activity. The home was cosy with ample sheets and pillows. There was more than enough coffee/tea and other daily essentials. The enclosed porch/sunroom was also a nice surprise to be able to sit and relax on a sunny day. Overall, we loved the stay - it's a lovely neighbourhood that's not far from stores.

Katelyn was a great host, everything was as described and she worked with me to make sure I could book another one of her properties since this one didnt have the full availability I needed. Will recommend to others!

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!
