“Greg’s place is a fantastic value! All the little touches made a huge difference after many hours in the car. Soft, comfortable beds and couches. The blue bedroom was plenty big enough to put baby’s pack and play, toddler slept in twin bed, and two girls on the second full bed. The breakfast spread was incredible and so thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet stay near Hartford!”
The apartment is quiet and light with a calming effect. Beds are comfortable. We are a mile from the Connecticut River and near many good hiking areas. Glastonbury is an old New England town with many exceptional restaurants and shops. Space has been used for out of town guests.
“I honestly loved being here, the place was very comfortable, the mirrors they had in the bathroom were absolutely gorgeous but my favorite would definitely be the pool it was able to lit up and turn into like a hot tub for cold weather. This was my first ever Airbnb and I think it was a pretty great experience. Her and Tom kept great communication any issues there was we were able to talk it through. It is a very quiet neighborhood though it also very beautiful and nature filled. So I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to just get away from stress and loud atmospheres.”

“Wonderful! This is the kind of Airbnb experience that adds to the adventure of traveling - historic and beautiful space with lots of character and welcoming, friendly hosts. The location couldn’t be better (definitely try the vegan place around the corner). Note that the upstairs bedroom etc. isn’t closed off by a door from the house, just up some stairs - not a problem for me, just gauge what kind of privacy you’re looking for. Staying here really made my Hartford visit; I recommend it highly.”
