Place recommended. The whole apartment is very clean, with everything you need for a perfect stay. Kitchen implements, television, air, washing machine, dryer, parking for the vehicle. Sophia very friendly and helpful. Very good communication

Dianna’s place looked exactly like the pictures! It had everything you ever needed for a mini vacation (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, razors, sound machine, ear plugs, water bottles, Brita, phone chargers, etc.). The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and the view of NYC! I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone that needs a home away from home for a few days.

Kimberly has been a lovely host. With a smooth check-in, thorough instructions, all the amenities that are mentioned, and is a spotless place that looked untouched; our stay has been incredible. The hostess has been very proactive and responsive. Our concerns that extended beyond our stay were still aided well by Kimberly and we appreciate them for providing such a beautiful place that felt like home.

Would recommend to friends to stay here. Well furnished up to date apartment that is very roomy. Very quiet neighborhood with relatively easy access to NYC.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

We couldn't have asked for a better "home base" from which to explore New York City and the surrounding area. Hoboken is a lovely, walkable community with easy access to Manhattan and great restaurants and recreational areas in its own right. Our hosts communicated well and thought of everything we would need, down to providing umbrellas in case we needed them on a rainy day and forgot to bring our own. The home was clean and beautifully appointed in a historic area, and our hosts were welcoming and responsive without being intrusive. We really couldn't have asked for more, and I highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to NYC.

Henry was very responsive to my concerns. The place is walking distance to the bus you can get on to go to the mall or get off to catch train to other cities. The food spot on the corner by the bus was top notch with sandwiches and Dubai chocolate. Uber from airport was like $100 but it was worth it because the bus is cheap to go other places. Will most definitely come to stay again. The tenants upstairs can be a little bit noisy though but Henry resolved that although it’s out of his control. Everyone was friendly in the area. Safe neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom beach property. The second-floor apartment was bright, airy, and very comfortable, with a spacious balcony that offered stunning views of the ocean—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the standout features was the private parking, which gave us peace of mind and added convenience, especially being so close to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Just an amazing place to stay. Mr Paul was a great person to communicate with. He made sure that my check-in was very easy and smooth, gave Clear instruction and made everything easy. Important part was his house starting from the outside, and the whole area was super duper clean. It was a hard day and when I walked in. I open the fridge and I saw there was cold Water bottles and bottle of milk, Complimentary. It’s a small gesture but it’s big to me. Thank you Mr. Paul. I will sure to rebook again.

This was the perfect place for the 4 of us to come back to for a good night's sleep! We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked and had everything you would need to cook meals. It's a quick walk to the train station so you can get out and explore the city. Devora is an amazing host! very responsive and quick to communicate. She ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely book with her again!!

I had an amazing experience staying at Mina’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). Every detail was thought of—comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect for traveling to NYC, only 30 mins bus ride to Manhattan. It was also 10 mins away from Liberty State Park and Jersey City for good food options. Communication with the host was seamless. Mina was friendly, responsive, and made check-in/out super easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We had so much fun at our stay! It was really easy to get to different bus stops which only take 20min to get you to Times Square. The place was really clean with extra towels, bags, and cleaning supplies! Basics for coffee and cooking were also provided which was great :)

Le logement de Milton est très bien. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour d'une semaine. Excellent rapport qualité-prix nous ne sommes absolument pas déçu. Accès au métro en 10 min à pied, qui dessert tout New-York. Métro Direct de l'aéroport JFK ce qui est appréciable. Harlem est un quartier qui bouge donc parfois un peu bruyant mais comme partout. Le soir ça se calme assez vite. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité pour se restaurer, faire ses courses si on veut cuisiner car la cuisine est top chez Milton. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Milton est un hôte très agréable qui fait tout pour vous faciliter les choses. Nous avons pu rester dans le logement jusqu'à 17h le jour du départ car notre vol était en soirée. Très appréciable car nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre journée sans nous soucier de nos bagages.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Ben’s apartment was great. Nicely updated and clean. We stayed for a concert at MetLife stadium and it was very easy to get to the venue and back. It’s also a quick cab ride to great restaurants and nightlife. Ben was a great host as well. Very responsive and easy to communicate with.

I just wanna make it clear to anyone that left a bad review because their significant other didn’t show up or stay the night after you bought them a chef and didn’t get a full refund after using the place for a full night. Your blasphemy. It’s a perfect place and Roma is an angel. It was a 10 out of 10 spotless and fully working place to be at and im glad I went had two of the best nights of my life. Loved it 😌

Ed was very easy to communicate with, we had questions or wanted clarification and he was fast to respond in a very friendly and welcoming manner. This place was super clean, and comfortable.

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.
