Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hadley

We loved staying at Patrycja's place! From the beginning Patrycja was responsive and through to all our questions. Everything was well laid out, we had no trouble finding the house or any equipment needed while there. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and proximity to small towns full of things to do. Would stay again!

Second time I have had the chance to stay and Nancy's and will hopefully have reason to do so again. Highly recommend.

This was my 4th stay there, always my pick when I go to Southwick to see my grandkids. It feels like home away from home for me. I live in California so its always such a long travel day, but always so nice when come through the door to this cozy little home. The Hosts are so nice with all communication, so adds to the stay .

If you have a chance to stay at this home, take it. Louisa is a lovely, generous host. The house is truly beautiful. This was our second time staying there, and each time I left with ideas for decorating at home. It is also incredibly clean and comfortable.

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

Had a great stay! Really enjoyed the hot tub, host gave great local recommendations, and the house was clean and comfortable.

Zuhair was very attentive and considerate. We were there for a family 30th birthday and pretty much just slept there but would love to come back and spend more time at the house. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is beautiful and so thoughtfully set up and laid out. I stayed with my partner and two young kiddos and we had everything we needed, which was so helpful. The space was cozy, inviting and even more beautiful than the photos. We would definitely stay again!

This was my second stay at Carrie's place and it did not disappoint. The studio is spotlessly clean and comfortable with loads of thoughtful touches. Very private and quiet but an easy stroll into town. My favorite place to stay in Shelburne Falls.

Lovely quiet space to get away from it all. Beautiful outdoor terraced area. The kitchen had all the necessities and Peter provided some delicious homemade granola.

Sherry and David’s place in Pelham was a perfect spot to stay for a nearby family gathering. Nearby trails to Buffam Falls were an extra treat!

Rebecca was such a special person - she was so kind, friendly and thoughtful - I feel like we made a friend while there. Staying in their wonderful space felt like home and was in the perfect location for our needs. Lots of extra towels and linens which were divine and the plants were just a perfect touch! Oh, and the birds were so cute to watch every day! All the kitchen amenities you would need. Would stay again

This was the perfect spot. to crash while we visited family!

April's place is on the second floor of a big old three story New England house. It has been nicely updated but you'll still have the charming feel of a classic older house. You will know you have upstairs neighbors from time to time. We never found that to be a problem at all, but if you truly want "the whole place to yourself" it is something to know. We were visiting family and didn't cook meals,but the kitchen looked well appointed. There's a full Stop & Shop supermarket less than five minutes away for any grocery shopping you might want to do. The location is excellent with easy access to Springfield, Holyoke, Northampton, Easthampton, South Hadley etc., yet it's on a very peaceful street in a lovely and safe residential neighborhood. It's a great base for a visit to the Pioneer Valley. Highly recommended!

Great and friendly host! Located in a very cute residential neighborhood with easy access to the highway and downtown. We appreciated the communication and flexibility, and we would highly recommend!

We loved staying at Armand‘s condo! If you’re going skiing or biking at Berkshire East, you absolutely can’t beat this place with just a simple walk across the parking lot. The condo had plenty of space, a nice fire pit, a great vibe, and most importantly it was clean. Armand was also very friendly, responsive and helpful. Would love to revisit someday!

Goran has been a real super host - accommodating, friendly and responsive for any questions, and yet, the studio felt my own during my stay. The pictures actually don't make the studio justice - it is made and decorated with utmost care to details, and with amenities in the kitchen that allowed for easy cooking, so I felt right at home. It's quiet, the temperature was set perfectly for me, and the bed is super comfortable, as was the couch. Location is great, very close to Northampton and Easthampton, with easy parking out front. Thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Goran's Airbnb. It was exactly as described in the write up and as shown in the pictures. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit. Goran also was very quick to respond with any questions I may have had.
