Walk to beach is level, roll coolers/stroller with ease. Public access #80 or #81 is 1/2 block away.

Very quiet neighborhood, but minutes from shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The heated and cooled pool makes it unique. Plenty of space in rooms and living area. 3 full baths, tub/shower combos, walk-in shower, comfortable and functional for a beach house.

Guest access
The entire house, pool and yard... all private is what you rent.

Other things to note
Many guests enjoy sitting under the covered front patio area or even better, by the pool.

Real Estate Broker in Atlanta..... work an awful lot... so getting away to the beach or St. Thomas is a good time for the family. Playing tennis and traveling around to watch our daughter play soccer fills the rest of the time.
