Our ideal guest works in the 432 and in the energy field. If you require 5 Star accomodations please do not book. We offer affordability, clean units and provide quick service and/or accomodations during your stay. To keep our HVAC units in good working condition for the next guest, please dont lower to 60 degrees in the "On" settings instead of "Auto" You will freeze or burn my units! Ideal settings are 75 degrees "Auto" at night and during the day 77 degrees if no one is home.
