Relax at this beautiful, peaceful, private spot located right on the river! River views from most areas around the house & a turfed “ramp” down to the water for easy access!
This secluded spot is located at the end of the street, next to a beautiful nature preserve. The preserve is a fun place to take walks & explore!

Firepit & Inflatable hot tub for relaxing, along with
great fishing and a kayak available for your use to enjoy! Nothing but nature for miles on the river!

The space
Our primary room contains a queen bed with a private full bath. Down the hall, the other two rooms are connected by a Jack and Jill full bath. The first room has double bunk beds and the room on the end contains another comfortable queen bed!

We have a fully stocked kitchen- pans, dishes, oil, salt/pepper and a keurig that brews coffee grounds or k-cups.

The living room contains a large cozy sectional and a TV with access to Netflix!

We also have a dedicated work space located in a fold out cabinet. Keyboard and monitor is provided.

There is also a grill, a fire pit area overlooking the river , and an outdoor dining area!

We provide a kayak, paddles and variety of life jackets for your use!

Currently, the water level is about 3 feet in most places while deeper in other areas. You can fish right off our bank for large variety of fish! The river floor is mostly rock, but does have mud in some places. The water is always flowing, and is clear unless it has rained! The bank has plenty of room to set up canopies, chairs, etc. and it’s a great spot for fishing as well!

*Our place does not accommodate “floating the river” - we do not have a designated entry or exit point for tubing and with the water current, walking back would be extremely difficult. If you’d like to float during your stay, we recommend heading to the comal river for the day! It’s about 35 minutes away and has everything you would need to float. Please reach out with any questions about this!! We’d be happy to help!*

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house and private river spot- as well as access to the nature preserve.

Other things to note
-This house is riverfront and has easy access to the water.
-There are small stairs near the kitchen area.
-We are kid friendly! We can provide a pack n play upon request. There is a secure lock on the gate to the water as well as top locks on both doors. Some toys also provided.
