The space
LOCATION!! LOCATION!! LOCATION!!! This NEWLY renovated (2022) Modern Vacation Gem is located 2.9-miles from Lackland Airforce Base (BMT) 6.2-miles from SeaWorld, 13-miles from San Antonio's Historic Pearl, and 13-miles from Downtown.

The home includes three bedrooms with one full bath. The perfect cozy space with tons of extra throw blankets!! Enjoy a modern updated kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, spices, a Keurig, waffle maker, toaster, mugs, coffee cups to go, and disposable plates and utensils if you don't want to wash dishes! The Kitchen also includes a stainless steel refrigerator with water stocked for guest, microwave, and an electric stove.

Sleeping accommodations include a Master bedroom that boast a Plush soft and comfortable Queen size bed with plenty of closet space, and two complimentary bath robes for guest. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom boast two twin beds that are made for both adults and kids.

There is a 55-inch HDTV ROKU Flat screen TV mounted in the living room for your use with your personal logins. Fast Wifi speed up to 600 Mbps!!! Also, enjoy a washer and dryer to do your laundry prior to departing. You will also enjoy a clean luxurious bathroom and shower stocked with all the amenities you need (soap, shampoo, conditioner, make up wipes, toothbrushes, q-tips, and more).

There is a separate dining table in the kitchen that seats four, two bar stools at the bar for additional seating, and tray tables that can be used while eating and hanging out in the living room!

This house is perfect for relaxing and exploring all of San Antonio!!! We hope we can host you soon.

You will have full access to our home during the entirety of your stay! All detailed access information will be sent out the day before your arrival. We want Modern Overnight Hospitality to feel like your home away from home. Take advantage of our kitchen that is stocked with the necessary utensils and cooking supplies. Stream all your apps with your login information on our Roku television with Free and Fast Wifi! Parking is free, feel free to park in the driveway or on the street!

We follow CDC guidelines for cleaning, your health and safety are at the forefront.

Please take note that we do have two cameras and a ring doorbell at the front of the property facing the street and driveway and one camera on the back of the home facing the backyard. These are the only cameras on the property.

There is a keyless entry, and a door lock code will be sent to you, prior to your arrival! Additionally, you will receive detailed check-in instructions as well!

Early checkin/checkout may be available for an additional $25.00 per hour. Please notify me a couple days in advance in order for me to determine if I can accommodate or not!

Modern Overnight Hospitality is located in an older working class San Antonio neighborhood. PLEASE DO NOT book this space if you are looking for an upscale/luxurious neighborhood, this neighborhood is older with older homes and families who have lived here for years! San Antonio is rich with Hispanic culture amongst other cultures, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF OCCASIONALLY HEARING FESTIVE MUSIC ON THE WEEKEND WHEN YOU WALK OUTSIDE WILL BE A PROBLEM FOR YOU.

My home is newly renovated so it looks a lot more up to date than my neighbors, but I feel extremely safe. Since our doors have been opened, I have never had a guest state that they felt unsafe. We chose our home to rent out because of the convenience and closeness to Lackland Airforce base and wanted to give our guest a beautiful, extremely clean home for an affordable price, as both my husband and I are Military. I am active duty he is retired and we wanted to have a way to support military families traveling to San Antonio to BMT graduation as well as families traveling to Seaworld! Please refer to my reviews, as we have hosted over 100 military families! PLEASE REFERENCE REVIEWS

I AM ONLY INFORMING YOU DUE TO THE AESTHETICS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND NOT A CONCERN FOR SAFETY AS WE WERE GIVEN 4 STARS BY A GUEST SIMPLY BECAUSE THE SURROUNDING AREA LOOKED “sketchy” and not aesthetically pleasing to the eye, which is beyond our control, the entire area that surrounds Lackland Airforce Base is an older area and it all looks the same. If proximity to base is what you need, please be aware that Lackland Airforce Base and the surrounding neighborhoods are not located in a New development type area is that’s what you are looking for!

Please DO NOT book our space if you read this and are uncomfortable with this and then give us a bad review for location. We want to be very transparent!
