PARKING:
-Guests can receive 1-2 parking passes.
-Height clearance for parking garage is 7 feet.
**All Oceanfront Units have hallway windows to some bedrooms. Both the Daytona Room and Surf Room do have windows from the rooms out to the hallway (black out shudder/shades provided). we provide sound machines and ear plugs (under bathroom sink) for additional comfort for our guests that are light sleepers.
*Resort Fee is the Check-in fee associated with parking passes, key cards, and checking guests into the customer service front desk.
Guest access
Guests access the property via the check-in counter by the valet parking signs. Then guests may obtain their parking pass and garage entry card. Guests are allowed up to 2 parking spots for this unit. Parking in the evening is usually very full. If parking isn’t available, please see the South Tower or public parking access across the street.
Guests have the entire unit to themselves. Quiet hours for the hallway should be 10 pm.
Other things to note
At the Luxe Beach Loft, we supply our guests with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a fully stocked kitchen. We are excited to offer beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, a cooler bag, and more. We restock these items semi-annually and ask our guests to throw out items that are past their use. We encourage our guests to leave behind things that won’t travel with them for other guests to use as well.
