Relax in the open floor plan, bbq on the back patio, and sleep sound in the private bedrooms with large closets. Tucked back in an established neighborhood, while still just minutes from I-70, the airport, CMU, and the hospitals. Dates, times & pet fees flexible.

The space
This modern house has an open floor plan with huge kitchen island, comfortable living room, and dining room for six. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen island, or on the patio; and entertain in the dining room. Watch movies and relax on the leather living room furniture, bbq a meal, and relax after a day out the in Colorado wilds.

Get work done in the large office with desk and sleeper sofa, printer and high-speed wi-fi.

Primary suite features a king bed, sitting area and huge walk-in closet. Guest room features a queen bed and private bath. Office has a double sleeper sofa.

A well-stocked gym is part of the garage space. The gym space has yoga mats, hand weights, workout bands and elliptical machine, plus rubber floors, and assortment of workout gear.
